At Xaman-Ha you will find our beautifully furnished and totally equipped condominium. This condo, as do all units, has beachfront location, overlooking miles of unspoiled beaches and the turquoise-blue waters of the Mexican Caribbean.
The condo has a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two double beds in the second bedroom and another king bed in the third bedroom. It has 2 baths. We provide linens, bath/beach towels, and maid service.

We just got back from a wonderful trip to Playa del Carmen - I miss it so much already. This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and is well equipped for cooking meals. We had our toddler son with us and they provided a crib (they forgot the high-chair, but the table was adequate). The pool area is great and worked out well with our 18 month old - there are two pool areas that have shallow water - great for toddlers! The other great thing was that this condo is walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping on 5th in downtown Playa. We didn't rent a car this trip, but the management company for this condo set up transportation to and from the airport - which worked our great! I definitely recommend this condo - it is very family friendly, and the staff was very attentive.

2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in excellent conditions, as described and next to the beach. Everything went well with absolutely no trouble and very friendly staff.

My family and I love property #4127. We have stayed there in both 2009 and 2010. The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo gives us a ton of room. It has a fantastic view of the ocean from the large balcony. The condo has a great pool and beach area. It is very convenient to Play's 5th avenue. We defiantly plan to go back!

We couldn't have been happier with the condo, the location and the staff! It was the best and most perfect experience. Being right on the beach and so close to town... You were close enough to access everything, but far enough away to have some peace and quiet at night. I would definitely go back to that property again, and I'd recommend in a heartbeat! Thanks for everything!
