Enjoy this newly renovated unit of our three-story quadplex in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach. Located on a rare south-of-30-A street, we sit one property back from the beach. The beach access and 30-A walking/ biking trail are steps from the front door.
Our wish for you is a fun, relaxing vacation where you feel perfectly at home. All beds have new plush mattresses, 600 thread count sheets and light-weight down comforters. The property was fully renovated for our first rental season (2012). The kitchen boasts new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite countertops. New living room furnishings include a queen sleeper sofa and stereo with ipod dock. On the walls you will find original photographs printed on canvas by local photographer, Robert McCullar.
The master has a king bed and sound machine/alarm clock. The second bedroom has two full beds. Both bedrooms, as well as the living room, have flat screen televisions and dvd players. Wifi and local telephone are also provided.
Each story has its own deck, with gulf views from the third story. The fenced backyard has two grilling areas, with outdoor dining areas on each of the three deck levels.
Located minutes from Seaside, Sandestin Outlet Mall, Grayton Beach State Park and Rosemary Beach, there is so much to do and see. If you don't want to leave in your car, you are walking/ biking distance to grocery shopping, ice cream, bicycle rental, bakery, restaurants and night life.
This property is perfect for multi-family or large party vacations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this fantastic condo for the Winter. The property is outstanding. The unit itself is decoratated very modern (not your typical Florida Beach Condo) with new furniture that is comfortable, practical and clean. My entire stay could not have been any better. The view ffrom the Master Bedroom of the Gulf of Mexico is amazing, the outside decks are fantastic and the ease of getting to the beach, shops, restaurants and everything else made this the ideal location for me. The bed in the master is extremely comfortable and new. There are Flat Screen TVs in every room along wth DVD players. Amy the owner of the unit is as nice as she can be and made sure everything was perfect for the stay. She made sure all the linens, towels and toiletries were fresh and available. She even directed me right up the hill to the local grocery, bike shop, bakery, juice and smoothie place and massage therapy clinic less than 200 yards from the condo. Everything about this was fantastic. I will stay here again and again. I also enjoyed the quiet atmoshere of the location. I was never bothered by the neighbors. Great spot... Thank you Amy. Very Clean; updated property. Beautiful condo. Very nice community location; not commercialized like many beach areas. Owners were very responsive when we needed help or questions answered. I would recommend this property to relatives and friends.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

A PERFECT PLACE TO VACATION WITH THE FAMILY. WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS WITHIN STEPS, INCLUDING THE BEACH! THE OUTLET IS A SHORT DRIVE AWAY AND WORTH GOING TO, GREAT RESTAURANTS, PERFECT BEACH HOUSE (WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET;-) AND BETTER YET GREAT OWNERS. ALREADY COUNTING THE DAYS TO GO BACK!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We absolutely loved our stay! Very quiet, just what we were looking for. The pics are very accurate but really don't do the condo justice. The unit was extremely clean and taken care of. There was more than enough room for our family of 5 and we had drop in friends who were staying down the road. I will definately consider this unit or one of the other two on our next trip! We enjoyed meals at Nick's on the Beach & Goatfeathers. Great food at both! The walk to public access is less than 5min and it was not crowded. This is a must stay place!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The place was exactly like the photos. The condo was very clean, the appliances were top quality and the beds were very comfortable. Once we knew our way around, we loved the location, the beach and just hated to leave.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
