Looking for one of the best Studio condominiums in the Village at Breckenridge? Then our Studio remodel is for you! Redesigned with the luxury traveler in mind, we spared no expense. Take advantage of the amazing in town location and amenities that the Village at Breckenridge is known for.
The Studio offers great views of Town from one of the top floors (6 of 7) of the building.
Relax on the comfortable L-shaped sofa or at the bar. Enjoy your favorite programs and movies on the flat screen TV and DVD player. The condo offers complimentary wireless internet for easy access.
We are proud to offer a King Sized Bed. It required moving walls to upgrade, but being able to offer a King Bed made it worth it.
Enjoy a full Gourmet Kitchen with slab granite, stainless appliances, and all essential cooking utensils.
Bathroom offers more of what you love - slab granite, brand new tile and beautiful glass bowl sinks.
In addition to the amazing location of the Village at Breckenridge, the complex offers a fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs and underground parking. There is no extra charge for these amenities. Parking is complimentary in the spring, summer & fall and $16 per day during the ski season. Be sure to check out one of my favorite Italian restaurants, Taddeos. It is on the plaza level and offers great views of Maggie pond and the Ski Area.
Insiders Tip for renting at the Village at Breckenridge - for your satisfaction be sure to rent a remodeled condominium. Condominiums are individually owned and the quality varies greatly. Make sure that you see pictures of the EXACT condo you are renting before you book your reservation. This unit was rated a premium, top ranking condominium by independent assessments from both the Home Owners Association and Vail Resorts.

Awesome experience. Clean and updated unit. Great ski in/out location that is also close to Main Street and lots of places to eat. Would rent again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers.

My husband and I recently spent our honeymoon in Breckenridge and this rental was perfect! Owner met us upon our arrival in town and shared all the necessary information about the unit. She also recommended a long list of favorites and things to do...amazing hospitality. Location was excellent...parking a nice bonus, but no need for a car...right in the middle of everything. Steps to lifts, bars, restaurants. We can't wait to plan a return trip to Breck!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We just returned from a 4 night stay at this beautiful Village at Breckenridge Condo! Janette was so great to work with - we arrived on a snowy Friday night at midnight - and she met us at the condo with our parking pass and gave us a quick tour of the unit. The condo is nicely furnished with a comfortable king bed and a super relaxing couch perfect for vegging out after the slopes. The kitchen and bathroom are very nicely redone with modern furnishings and everything was clean and inviting. The location at Village at Breckenridge couldn't get better. The building is located directly next to the slopes with a choice of ski rental options and easy access to the lifts at peak 9. Main street is half a block away with too many dining options to count within a 5 minute walk. Janette also provides plenty of direction on attractions and happy hour options in a thoughtful binder full of useful information. This condo is definitely spacious enough for two people and we did not test out the hideaway bed, but could see it being comfortable with a child as well. There was ample closet space and a humidifier and fan are provided, as well as a coffee maker, microwave, etc. that help make the condo feel like home. The Village at Breckenridge has plenty of great amenities on site. A pool deck with hot tubs and indoor/outdoor pool, steam room and sauna were a fun way to relax in the afternoon. There is also a bar/grill onsite and ski rental available in the building. I would definitely recommend this unit and would love to rent from Janette again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and the location of the condo definitely added to the experience. We were central to downtown and Main Street and were able to park the car and walk most places we wanted to go. Jannette, the owner, met us when we arrived and walked up with us which was really nice. She explained parking and the key cards to us and allowed us to get into the condo before the 4:00pm check in time since no one was there, which made things a lot easier. The studio itself was beautiful and cozy with lots of updates and a great king sized bed.Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We could not have asked for a better experience. Everything from the pre-travel information, the property, and property owner was just marvelous. The location is superb and within easy walking distance of many shops. The condo was very clean and tidy. Janette (property owner) was very helpful and met us upon arrival. She introduced to the property and gave us suggestions of things to do and great places to eat. Take her advice on the great Italian restaurant. It was sad to leave, but will definately be rearching out to this location next time around. Thanks!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: As a long time local with hospitality experience at the Village at Breckenridge, I am a great resource for you. I moved to Breck from San Francisco. My plan was to spend a ski season. I have been here for over 10 years! I am now very involved with the mountain lifestyle and Breckenridge community. Yes...that's me in the picture hosting our annual July 4th Main Street post parade party at the Colorado Mountain Real Estate office. I understand all the details and resources that go into planning a mountain vacation.
