This cozy and comfortable apartment called ZANOBI APARTMENT(around 30 square meters) is located in the Florence city center in the San Lorenzo District. The Duomo and Ponte Vecchio are a three to five minutes walk, as well as the Train and Bus Station. It has been recently restored, furnished and decorated.
It is on the second floor (no elevator) of typical building of the historical center and consists of: living room with dining corner and comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen corner, bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), en-suite spacious bathroom to bedroom with WC, shower in a stall, bidet and wash basin, wardrobe.
The bedroom window does not give onto the street. The kitchen includes fridge and freezer, stove with 4 gas burners, small electric oven, toaster, kettle, American Coffee maker, washing machine, cooking utensils.
Good standard of furniture, wooden floor and double glazed windows. Quiet and bright. The apartment is only 8 mins walk to the railway and bus station, so it is very easy to make daily excursions to the main sites of Tuscany and Italy.
The owners of the apartment are from Florence and live in the same building. They are always on hand to offer any advice or to make any suggestions on any aspect of your holiday.
