Built in 2003, this house offers Gulf views that are gorgeous from the second - and third-story, wraparound porches. The beach walkover is only 200 feet from your front door, plus the private pool has an adjacent covered deck and full bathroom.

Large and luxurious to accommodate your every need, this home has two living areas, a well-stocked kitchen, plus third-floor wet bar. Each bedroom has its own TV and private bath.

Your group of 20 can sleep comfortably with three master suites with king beds, one room with two queen beds, one room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks with trundles (six singles), and one twin-over-twin bunk bed. Plus two top quality queen sleep sofas in two separate living rooms. All are furnished in the latest "West Indies" style with plush bedding.

  • Our 3rd annual family beach stay was perfect this year because of this terrific home. This is the first time we have had enough places to park, eat, sleep and talk in comfort! The close proximity to Seaside and the super close beach access was wonderful. The private pool was perfect for gathering around to visit...the ice machine was so useful and handy....the wrap around porch for morning coffee...I could go on and on...Thank you Demetrios for sharing your home with us!

  • We had a fabulous time in this beautiful house just a few steps from the beach. It was perfect for our annual Beachapelli gathering, we had so much fun hanging out on the beach, by the pool, doing yoga and watching sunsets from the breezy 3d floor deck. Everyone in our group would love to rent this place again. Demetrios really went out of his way to make our stay pleasant (and a day early!) Thank you again for your hospitality and help, I can't recommend renting Just in Thyme ENOUGH!

  • Our extended family selected Just in Thyme for our business meeting in Oct. The home was perfect for the married couples(4) as well as the singles(6). The kitchen was perfect for the large group. The view from the top floor was spectatular and the beach access was convenient. I would love to spend more time there.

  • Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful home for enjoying our family and the beach. The house is perfect for large groups. We had 7 children and 6 adults and lots of left over space. All the adult couples had their own bedroom and bath and so did the grandchildren. I loved the master suite..it was nice a quiet when I needed and escape. The porches add so much space for the kids and adults. The house is well equipped for both children and adults and so close to the beach and seaside. We were able to walk to seaside for the night musicals and plays. The kitchen was the best equipped of any rental unit I have ever had and the home is so well maintained. We hope to use the house again for creating more lasting memories with our grandchildren and children.

We had shrimp night and lasagna night at THIS house with my 2 brothers/their kids and grandkids and my sister's family because our house was the best equiped to handle that large of group. We were amazed that there was enough dishes and the ice machine was awesome! We plan to use this house again and we thank-you for blessing our family with life long memories.

  • This was a great week of vacation for the 20 of us. We all loved the location and made many trips to the beach and to Seaside. The house was so nice and there were places for all of us to sleep. ( loved the master bedroom and bath) On Friday night we made a huge pot of shrimp gumbo and afterwards all the family gathered to give thanks to our Lord, Jesus for the great weather, nice place to stay and for His protection during the week.   • What a great house! Perfect location - able to walk to Modica's in Seaside every morning for coffee and couldn't be much closer to the beach! We had a wonderful time at the house.. everything was great! Loved the fully stocked kitchen. We had 13 people and there was plenty of space for adults, teenagers, and little ones! Definitely will return next year!
