PETS!!!!!! Although there will be an extra cleaning charge required which will include carpets and upholstered furniture it is still less expensive than boarding and you and your pet will be happier. Pets must be small, under 25 lbs. and a non-shedding breed.
This is also a totally non-smoking home both inside and out.You smoke! I charge! It could run as much as $500.00 or more. out of your damage deposit.
You may bring your pet but ask first.

My wife and daughter enjoyed our visit to Ironwood in late March. The unit was clean and very spacious. We spent most of our time outside on the covered & cool back porch overlooking the golf course. The location is very close to pools and the fantastic tennis center. Ironwood is a very friendly place and is close to the living desert and the shops of El Paseo. While we had a couple problems (AC & TV) Norma did her best to fix them fast. The master bedroom bed is super comfotable!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Everything was perfect. The beautiful upgrades the owner has done are wonderful and comfortable. Very relaxing with views from the patio and one of the bedrooms of the golf course. The front bedroom has fabulous mountain views as well.as a private patio. Really every room has a view that takes your breath away! Very clean especially the kitchen and bathrooms which were important to us. It was so comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, this home was perfect and the owner Norma was wonderful. This condo is in a safe, gated community within minutes of great restaurants, shopping, golf and hiking trails. We can't wait to return.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We spent two months in this lovely condo and found we couldn't have been in a better location to enjoy shows, hiking, great food and shopping. Its just a few minutes from El Paseo for shopping and the best coffee shop - The Fix. When we had a small issue with the condo, the owner, Norma could not have been more gracious and accommodating. The two master bedrooms were great and very private when we had overnight guests. We would gladly stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, adventure seekers.

Ironwood is the best and this property was super comfortable and suited our family of four perfectly! We enjoyed being outdoors walking and jogging through the complex as well as hiking at nearby trails. The owner, Norma, was very accommodating and has updated the condo in a very tasteful manner. We will definitely return and highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners.

I am sitting on the back patio looking at the golf course, mountains, trees and the guaranteed blue sky. If it is peaceful relaxed setting or active lifestyle or entertainments and dining your looking for this place is for you. The owner Norma has graciously made one bathroom wheelchair accessible with a wheel in shower and room enough for a wheelchair to transfer onto the toilet. Thanks so much from all the disabled people who continuously look for appropriate accommodations. The remaining two bedroom condo is spacious with easy access in and of the front door, patios and the widened bedroom doorways. There are so many activities to do around the desert area from golf, walking, hiking, site seeing to dining and lots of entertainment. If you are disabled or able bodied this place will set a positive tone to your vacation. You will enjoy!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities.

Had a great rest with plenty of activity to keep us busy every day. The property suited us perfectly, beds especialy comfortable and the evenings we spent in the rear entertainment center overlooking the golf course were just perfect. The whole experience was memorable and we will look forward to returning to this paradise as often as we can.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, adventure seekers.

Our stay was very enjoyable in this newly renovated immaculately maintained condo. Walk to the golf course and stop for a cold one at the club. Surrounded by great views and close to everything you need. The owner's choices for design and materials were excellent. Highly Recomended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: When I retired and after I sold my bed and breakfast Inn on Catalina Island, I chose Palm Desert as my home base. From there I travel whenever I can. Ironwood, because of its location, feels safe and is so beautiful.
