The spacious master bedroom features a California king-sized bed with a comfy pillow-top mattress and high-end bedding. The guest bedroom has a trundle bed opening up to 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a new flat-screen HDTV complete with all the popular cable channels. The master-bath has a standing shower as well as a soaking tub and double vanity. The guest bathroom is a full bathroom with its own shower and vanity. There is also a high-quality queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room with linens, expanding the sleeping capacity of this townhouse to 6 people.
You will have a full kitchen complete with all high-end appliances, pots and pans, and everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area seats and serves up to 6 people comfortably for your visiting guests. There are 2 outdoor patios that welcome off-shore breezes, views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. The entire home is also equipped with wifi for you to stay connected to the outside world as needed. You also have easy access to a washer and dryer conveniently located inside the home adjacent to the kitchen.

                            We had to make a last minute trip to Irvine and found this gem in Newport Beach/Corona del Mar. We contacted the owner on Friday and she got everything taken care of by Saturday morning for our Sunday arrival. The unit was in great condition and had all the amenities to make it feel like home. The best feature however was the location. It is literally a couple of blocks from Hwy 1/PCH, a 5 minute drive to Balboa Island and has easy access to freeways. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area.

                            Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
