  We had a lovely time in this villa. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terrace, which includes a swimming pool, is perfectly located. It has shade as well as sun all day long. If you are looking for a comfortable place to rent with a lot of privacy, situated nearby golfcourses, this is the place! This was our 2nd stay, and we've enjoyed it just as much as the first one!

  We just returned from a guy's golf week. This is a great location and well kept. Lots of quality golf courses ( Juliette Falls & Skyview & Diablo all 5* ). Great Italian restaurant down the road in the mall next to Zellers ( Napoli ). We have been travelling here to golf for 8 years. This is very clean, accessible to everything, well equipped, affordable and no hassle to deal with. We were just to lazy and busy golfing to enjoy all the all the facillities. I highly recommend this place to everyone " especially golfers"

  This beautiful villa is a perfect place for a golfing holiday. It is equipped with everything you need and is very clean and tidy. We played several of the courses available and would recommend Citrus springs and Skyview, this being a little more expensive but well worth it. The shops and restaurants are only minutes away. If you want a really quiet relaxing holiday home, this is the place for you.

  This was our second year at the Sedgwick's lovely home in Inverness, Florida, and it continues to be a dream come true for avid golfers such as we. The property is spotless, well maintained, comfortably and attractively furnished, and amply supplied with amenities. Paul and Nicola Sedgwick are friendly, attentive owners who provide maps, directions for several different travel approaches, and other helpful suggestions. Communicating with them, albeit only by e-mail, has been a pleasure. Many of the chain restaurants such as Olive Garden, and Applebee's are within easy driving distance, but do try Frankies' on Rte 40 not far from Publix Supermarket for very good food in a "grill" atmosphere, and Angelo's Pizzeria in nearby Hernando for absolutely wonderful Italian food. For us, the icing on this wonderful cake are the greens fees on six golf courses included with the very reasonable rental (cart fees required). Our favorites were Citrus Springs and, newly added in 2012, The Skyview at nearby Terra Vista, but all the courses included in the package are quite nice. And the area has other, quite reasonably priced courses as well. Simply stated, this property is a rare find!

  We had a great holiday in Inverness. The house was very nice, really well equipped and exceptionally clean. The pool was great for the kids. Would highly recommend the property to fiends and relatives. Michael Murphy, Dublin, Ireland

  Two couples stayed for a February week and had nothing but praise for the Sedgwicks and their well-equipped, well-maintained, beautiful home. Grocery stores are close by. The $20 cart fees for each round of golf on four courses were a treat, and we played six of our seven days. Unfortunately, our favorite course was the farthest away, in Ocala. We give this holiday treat our highest recommendation, both for the beautiful accommodations and the graciousness of the owners. Do try Angelo's Pizza and Italian Restaurant in neighboring Hernando for true New York pizza and wonderful food.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with young children, age 55+.

  A wonderfull experiance. What a beautifull villa. Everything is there. The golf is super with not only four courses without greenfee, but many other courses for under USD 30 nearby. Visit Juliette Falles and Twisted Oaks if you are interested in nice courses.

  My husband, son and I stayed for a week at this house over Christmas time. Every room was exceptionally clean. The kitchen had enough china to serve dinner for eight. There was enough room so that no one was running into each other. The best part of the house is the swimming pool with out side furniture. Even in December my son and husband were in the pool everyday. We should have got the pool heated but it was too late by the time we needed it. The other nice part is that there is a washer and dryer so you do not have to bring lots of clothes - and with a child this is a great perk. The management company was good if there was a problem they sent someone out right away. However not all were great with their customer service skills. I would stay here again when I go to visit my family.
