  An impressive home at first glance but the attention to detail detracted from our experience. Several light bulbs were burned out...in ceiling fans, over stairs, in decorative fixtures, etc. The air hockey table did not work. Some bathroom passage locks did not work. The handle on the sliding door to the pool was loose and came off. The area behind the curtains in the garage/play area had not been cleaned in a LONG time. Non-working TVs were hanging on the wall behind working models. We enjoyed our stay but the poor maintenance was disappointing. One other thing, there was some confusion on the location of the Windsor guard house for check-in. We drove around a bit before finding the entrance.

  Owner response: Appreciate you taking time to add your feedback. Let me clarify some of your point outs. The property management team I have is considered one of the best in that area. One of my main goal is to maintain the house, afterall that is my own house. Said that, i immediately contacted them and they did say you called them regarding the burnt out light in one of the closet and in the garage and they immediately took care of that. Regarding the T.V, the old T.V stopped working when the prior guest left. I had to two choices, one to leave it like that and inform you that 1 out off the 5 T.Vs in the house stopped working, or to get a new T.V within a day and replace it. Since my guests comfort is more important i opted for option 2. When trying to remove the T.V from the wall we had some issue and looked like that will take longer time. Hence we went ahead and put the new T.V in a working condition and left the old one on the wall. The dust at the garage door is one i am working with the property management team and they mentioned that the curtain covers the door and dust gets accumulated in between them from outside and they did assure me that are cleaning it regularly and will also check on to it right away to see if there is something else.   Great house for our party of 7. Nicely kept, clean, hard but good beds, plenty of towels. Kitchen well stocked, pool heat well worth the money. Air hockey table needed repair, but property managers very responsive. Overall we would rent this house again. Rental agency was phenomenal, easiest and most responsive process we ever encountered, will only use them for any future Florida rentals!

  We have been to Orlando several times, staying in a mixture of Disney Resorts and hotels. If you have your own transport, this location was by far the best we’ve stayed at. The description on the web site is accurate. It’s a short drive to most Disney resorts and the freeways. Just remember that if you use the toll roads, some of the exits require cash (coins) only. From the home to Disney, you do not need to use any toll roads. Disney is close enough where you can use surface streets if required. We have stayed in many properties internationally and this was among the nicest we have been to in terms of the property being clean and well-maintained. The sheets were crisp and clean. The house is fully stocked with a washer and dryer as well. It’s in a gated secure community, which adds a level of comfort and peace of mind. There has never been a security incident in the community. The house is very comfortable and the rooms are decently sized. The kitchen is well stocked and has all that you need to prepare meals when we needed to. Including a coffee maker, pots, pans, and silverware. The home is close to grocery stores and restaurants. One of our party used the community center and gym. She is someone that uses gyms on a regular basis and she was impressed with the community center. We had international visitors staying with us who were equally impressed with the house and location. The biggest issue we had was that we were all reluctant to leave at the end of our (almost) week stay. The other issue was trying to get our guests out of the house in the morning. The house is comfortable enough and they wanted to stay in. An added bonus is that the garbage is collected daily. We relaxed out by the pool and the door to the pool has an alarm (great to have with a 4 year old). They house has some games systems (didn't get to use it, and a pool table, which we did use. It's a good quality pool table that was flat and true. There's also some spare strollers that you could possibly use if you have younger kids. This was not advertised but it was a pleasant surprise to see them there. There are also some pool toys in the house. This property was fantastic value. We cannot recommend this property highly enough and have already done so to several friends.

  Very satisfied with the house overall. Liked that the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, baking pans, etc. T V in one of the master bedrooms didn't work which was a little disappointing. Noticed a few little crawlies which were a little shocking.......

  Could not have asked for a better home to have a much needed family reunion with 10 people ranging from eldery to infants. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly imagine. It was nice that my son didn't have to pack any baby items such as the porta-crib and high chair etc. The house was very clean and very roomy. Having your own pool and jacuzzi was great, and we even went to the main pool with no problems. House is literally only 3 miles from all the Disney attractions. Would definiately recommend to others to enjoy. Working with the owner and property management was also smooth throughout the entire time of booking house, staying there etc. Thanks so much!

  We were traveling with 4 adults and 2 pre-teens, so it was nice that everybody had their own bedroom to relax in after long days at the park. We were sent the wrong code to get in the residence, but that was fixed rather quickly with a phone call. The location was great, close to the parks, several different places to eat and grocery stores in the area. Just like a previous review wrote, there are no extra toiletries in the residence. Also, there are no extra garbage bags so plan accordingly if you want to go shopping before you arrive.

  Everything was just as promised and one of the smoothest vacations we've taken. The home was very close to all of the attractions we came for and a safe place to come back to each night. The pool was a great place to wind down, although we didn't get the chance to spend as much time in it as we'd have liked as we were beat by the time we returned each night. Thank you for making this a great experience and we would most definitely recommend this home to other vacationers.

  I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home during a conference with several coworkers. We had beautiful rooms and great amenities. It was a wonderful way to bond with my coworkers and yet have private bedrooms and baths. The living room and dinning area gave us a wonderful common area unlike a hotel where you have to either be by yourself or with hundreds of other people. This way we were able to get to know each other a little better. I would definitely bring my family back. Awesome places to eat right around us and of course Disney at our fingertips.

  The home was very nice. Very clean. It was not stocked real well we ran out of toilet paper. The biggest problem, One of the reasons this home was chosen was because it had a fitness center. There was a code to get in the fitness center so why we could not enter 24/7 is questionable. Instead the hours were from 8-10, We were there on business. we were long gone before 8 and usually not home by 10 or too wore out to go that late. I would definetly recommend the home if you are not interested in the fitness center, it was a great home.
