  This condo is a great place to stay while in Ocean City. The house was spacious and clean (with the exception of the rugs). It was fully equipped with everything you coud possibly need for the week. The location was ideal - close to the beach and boardwalk as well as restaurants and shops. It is also close to the 9th St. Bridge that leads to Summers Point if you ar elooking for more restaurant options. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and the price was more than affordable! I would recommend this house to anyone and would certainly stay here again.

  This was the perfect location for us. My teenage girls were able to go back & forth easily and I was comfortable with their safety. The place is identical to what you see in the pictures, it was clean and cozy. There were lots of beach extras(beach buggy,umbrella,buggie board...) that saved us money and made getting to the beach and back easy. I would definately stay here again!

  This is a great rental in the heart of downtown. My toddler, husband and my mom enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo with so much to do in walking distance. It was convenient to have access to the downstairs storage area for our bikes, stroller and beach toys. The owner was great to work with and I'm hoping to return soon!

  We just returned from a week in OC. Since we had never been there before, I really didn't know what to look for in a rental property. We were thrilled with our decision to rent this property on Central Ave. It was clean, well-stocked, and well-lit with natural light streaming through the skylights to make the living area very pleasant. The location was perfect for us. We were close enough to the "downtown" shopping area to allow our teens some freedom (the kids loved being able to walk to the donut/coffee shop in the morning by themselves), and yet only a few short blocks to the beach. It was a very fair price and a great find for our family of 6!!! Would highly recommend!

  We just got back from our week in OCNJ. We had a great time even thought we had so many cloudy/rainy days. The house was clean & the kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook for the family. There is plenty of room for any size family the rooms were very spacious. I would definitely recommend this property. Working with the owner was a pleasure. We returned Sat. & I had my deposit returned by Tues. The only thing I will say I would have liked was more TV channels especially when your stuck in durring the rainy nights.

  Wow! Our family had a great time at this condo; it was being home away from home. The kids were so sad this morning when they had to leave. The pictures of this home are real and look exactly on this page. We will definitely be returning sometime next year. Thanks for sharing your home. The Cuffey Family.

  Exactly as advertised rental. The place was incredibly clean, cozy, spacious, and a few minutes walk from the Boardwalk. Much more comfortable than a local and at a better price. All of the kitchen utensils were there for us to cook all nights we were there and the grocery store was walkable. There was also a great TV and stereo system set up with movies and books for us to use. We drove to the apartment and saved money on parking (looked like it was $15 / day closeby) but it looks like there is an NJ transit stop that is walkable.

  We are a family of four from Denmark, who just have rented this condo in May of 2012 and we were very satisfy. It was very easy and secure to rent and pay and to get our deposit back through VRBO by credit card by the owner. The owner was very helpful in every way and made us feel very welcome. The condo had everything we needed. The location was perfect - just few blocks from the beach, the boardwalk and shops - convenient to all activities. The condo was very clean, well-maintained and well decorated. Bright and in contemporary colors...all very nice! Sun until 3-4 pm at the large porch. Both the listing description and the photos on VRBO was right. The internet is running very good – both our boys could play and talks to their friends back home. We would stay there again! DEFINITELY recommend!!
