                    This house was beautiful, spacious, clean and well maintained. The setting with views of the surrounding hills was stunning and so relaxing. Convenient location for our three teenagers to walk to tennis courts and pool. Bob and Cindy at River Run Realty were more than helpful and available by phone at any time.

                    Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

                  Year Purchased: 2001

                  About the owner: We ski 70 days a year in the winter and hike in the summer. We are both in our early sixties and are retired bankers/insurance professionals and have homes in two other cities. We have never rented this home in the past but find that we are spending more time with our five grandchildren who live in another city.

                  Why the Owner Chose Elkhorn Village:
                  We have owned three prior properties in Elkhorn and our dream has always been to own a home in the Highlands as we think it is the most beautiful and exclusive area in Sun Valley. We bought this home in 2001 and have added amenities each year.

                  The Unique Benefits at this House:
                  When I look at the view from our front yard, I call this my "Oh God" moment as the beauty is so incredible and peaceful I really can't verbalize it and give it credit.
