  Very nice place for a reasonable price. A bit off the mountain but if you have a car, it's much cheaper than a similar place in the village.

  This was the perfect condo for us. Rented others and have never been so comfortable. The location is great, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. It was very clean and has plenty of parking.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing.

  Overall a very enjoyable experience. This condo was very clean and had all of the ammeneties we needed for our ski trip. The location was perfect for our needs. I will be back!

  Very cozy, nice price, nice location - close to VONS and restaurants. I can't say anything bad about this condo, very nice and comfortable. Just one thing - the internet connection was too slow on holidays.

  My girlfriend and I rented this condo from Eric for a short Holiday visit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accomodations were spacious, clean, well appointed and perfect for what we were looking for. Great location! Eric was professional and a pleasure to deal with. No need to look anywhere else. This is the best deal in Mammoth. You will not be disappointed.

  My husband and I live in Vienna, Austria and he is a professional ski instructor in the Alps. This was to be his first time skiing outside of Austria, so I was anxious to secure a wonderful cabin to help facilitate a nice vacation experience. From the first communication via e-mail with the cabin owner to the final drop -off of the key at the end of our stay, everything was wonderful! The cabin had every amenity you could think. We had a group of four people and the pullout bed in the living room was great and the cabin fit four people comfortably. Great open layout with a good vibe. And totally clean! We also enjoyed the on-site jacuzzi every night. I highly recommend this cabin and, most importantly (at least in m opinion), the people handling the reservation and the owner were great communicators and available to answer all questions and help as needed!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

  We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks in Mammoth. The condo in such in a good condition! It's so clean and comfortable and well equipped! And the location is just great near Vons, shops, restaurants....We look forward coming back!

  The apartment was great, really big lots of space everything you could need was provided. We would love to come back and explore the area further, we had to leave early to drive to Vegas but had a comfortable stay for one night. Highly recommend, it was summer but the ski map looked amazing for winter! Thanks so much!

  This apartment is very nice, spacious and clean. It is quiet, with a outside swimming pool and a jacuzzi / sauna. Very well equipped and well located in Mammoth Lakes. There are a lot of possibilities for hiking here and not so far from Yosemite and Mono Lake ! Beaucoup de possibilités de randonnées à la fois à Mammoth Lakes et Yosemite. We enjoyed very much our stay here and would like to come back soon !

  I booked this property very late in the evening and Anja got back to me within a few hours. Her condo is amazing, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is ideal for yosemite and mono lakes. It was great to relax in Anja's condo after a hectic road trip. I would definitely recommend this place and I can't believe what a reasonable price it is. This is probably one of the best places I have stayed in during my 7 week road trip and Anja was an excellent host. Thank you Anja. Stay in the this place, you will not regret it.

Rental Agreement This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Eric Rex (“Homeowner”) and (“Guest”) as of the date last set forth on the VRBO.com booking page. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Property: The property is located at: 362 Old Mammoth Road #53 Mammoth Lakes CA 93546 United States The property is furnished and includes 2 LCD TVs, dvd player, fully stocked kitchen utensils and cookware, play station game console, hair dryer, board games, vacuum cleaner, airbed w/ pump, firewood, queen sized bed, queen sized sofa sleeper, dining room table, cable tv, wifi, telephone, closet in bedroom, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. 2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of Guest and the number of people listed on the rental inquiry. 3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons. 4. Term of the Lease: The lease begins at 4:00 pm on (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 10:00 am on (the “Checkout Date”). 5. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. 6. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. 7. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner or agent access or to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. 8. Rental Rate and Fees a. Property Damage Protection: Is a non-refundable insurance policy to cover the following. b. Refundable Deposit: Is collected prior to check-in and is fully refundable when property has been checked to be free the following. i. damage to the property or furnishings; or ii. dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or iii. any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. c. Rental Rate: Please see booking request sent via VRBO.com d. Cleaning Fee: Cleaning fee is $63. Service is performed upon checkout, additional mid-stay cleaning is available for an extra fee. 9. Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows: 100% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date 10. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Payment: Acceptable payment methods are personal check or credit card via the VRBO website. Payments may be split into 2 payments: 1st is due at the time of reservation and includes the property damage protection and first nights rent. The 2nd payment is due upon check- in and includes the remaining balance of rent. Parking: PARKING PASSES – Parking passes are located inside the unit. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 15 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. 10. Fireplace: The fireplace is a wood burning fireplace with firewood provided. 11. Heating: Please follow all directions posted for wall heaters and ensure they are turned to the designated low position upon departure. 12. Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. [Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.] 13. Noise: Please respect the 11:00 pm noise curfew.
