  We had a wonderful stay at Ca Dolcetta. The apartment is extremely well located within easy walking distance from everything yet in a quiet neighborhood. A modern supermarket 50 yards away! The apartment had everything we needed and was quite nice. Erica, who oversees the apartment for the owner, met us at the Vaporetto stop and led us to the apartment. She could not have been more nice or helpful. Before our trip we communicated with her extensively as well which appreciated very much as we planned our trip. Renting this apartment was a smooth and well organized process and we had a great stay.

  We stayed here in early May for a few days to see Venice and everything was very nice and just as described. The bedroom is large, the location is excellent and, of course, if you want to cook for yourself you can - there is a lounge / dining room and a kitchenette - but why would you. Agreed, eating out in Venice is expensive, but Erica, who showed us to the apartment, recommended some great places to eat which were good value too. Many thanks for letting us stay, we would, and already have, recommended your place to all our friends.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

  Great apartment in Venice! Good location, near shops restaurants etc, but on a quiet street. Helpful owner and Erica was great! Gratzie!

  This was a great place in an excellent location. Tucked away but close to everything. It really felt like we had our own apartment in Venice. We were welcomed by the host and shown various things in the apartment as well as good places to eat in the area. The first morning we had only cold water to shower with but this was quickly taken care of. There was various dishes and pots and pans if you plan on doing your own cooking. There was also tea and coffee and sugar, which was nice because another apt we stayed at in Italy didn't have anything. There is a washing machine, which was great because we were able to do some laundry before returning home, however, there were no directions which would have been helpful. We were able to find a users manual online and translate to english. Of note, we had to pay for the remainder of the payment for the apartment in cash, which we were not prepared for and was not communicated to us until we got there. But they were great and waiting until the next day when we were able to get to a bank machine. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and my husband and I would definitely return ourselves one day.

  Two Canadian mothers with their two daughters stayed at this lovely apartment for two nights and found it to be very clean and in a perfect location. The manager who met us at the boat stop, only a 4 minute walk from the apartment, was very helpful, answering all our questions and leaving us directions. The photos were very accurate and we would readily recommend this sweet apartment to anyone who wants a place close to the hub yet in a secluded quiet spot.

  An immaculate apartment perfectly located in a quiet area close to everything. We were met at the allilaguna stop by judit . She gave us such a warm welcome and was so helpful in showing us great restaurants, shopping, coffee houses and places not to be missed. She called a water taxi for us to take us to the ship on our last day , and waited with us. She couldn"t have been nicer. Both Judit and Valentina were wonderful to work with. We hope to be back soon and would definitely stay here.

  Venice is the most romantic city in the world and this apartment matches the city as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. We were welcomed by home made cookies and sparkling wine. The kitchen was aptly equipped with basics and we enjoyed cooking in the apartment as well. The location of this apartment is unparalleled and made our trip even more memorable. Our email communication with the owner was excellent and check-in was fast and efficient upon arrival. We would definitely recommend it to others.

  My family of 4 will never forget our stay here. What an amazing location! I felt like a real Venitian looking out the window watching the people go by and hearing church bells. You could walk anywhere. We got tired of eating out. It cost a fortune and the meals were not good. We cooked our own meals in this lovely apartment and we just felt so at home going to the grocery and making home cooked meals and then heading out. This apartment is in the absolute center of Venice a beautiful and short walk to the vaperetto, but still on a quiet place about 1 block from great shopping. We had one very small electrical glitch and the charming Judit fixed the problem in less than 1 hour. We were well supported and with champagne and cookies never the less. Thye apartment is on the ground floor which is a big plus. Thank you Valentina and Judith for an incredible stay!!!

  Very charming apartment convenient to Rialto, St Marks, etc. Judit greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly, answering all our questions as well as providing a plate of Ventian cookies, which were delicious. She communicated regularly up to our arrival and even gave us a map on which she highlighted the attractions as well as her personal recommendations. Highly recommend.
