Ideally situated in the sun all day, oriented towards south. 10min from the Villefranche Harbour and 15min from shops and restaurants. 100m from the beaches and the train station - 2 stops from Nice and 6 stops from Monaco.

This property offers 3 significant features: a great balcony with an impressive view, off street parking, and an excellent location. However, contrary to other information we received, it definitely requires a car because the distance to the market, beach, town center or train station isn't an easy walk even down hill, much less back up hill with or without groceries. Nor does a secondary elevator, which deposits passengers 1/2 way down the steep terraces, make the trek much easier. The condominium is sparsely furnished, particularly the bedroom which doesn't have a bureau for unpacking smaller items of clothing & the bathroom which has no space for toiletries & no electrical outlet. Do not expect to find even the most basic of necessities such as toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning products, or even salt & pepper. The Rental Agency does not provide or allow any of these items to be left behind. We found this to be atypical to our renting experience and completely unanticipated since no one packs those types of items in overseas baggage, especially when renting a quality property. The linens we rented for an additional fee were minimal in quantity, & although the kitchen was adequately equipped, some of the dishes in the cabinet were seriously dirty. Dishes, it was explained, are not the responsibility of the property cleaning service. The Rental Agency is very diligent about the leasing agreement and policies, but did not follow through on a discount they promised because during our entire stay, the only elevator serving the building was under repair. We had to transit two levels using a tight circular stairway without handrails; a challenging and unsafe effort even without luggage or groceries. Despite 4 email follow-up inquiries, we have not heard from them. We would be remiss if we didn't mention how helpful the building manager was; His assistance and helpful suggestions cannot be overstated. All in all, it was the indifferent attitude of the Rental Agency that made the experience less than satisfactory. i stayed here with my family for my friend wedding in villa solia which you can see from the balcony." huge white house to the right." fab apartment but a long way down to port or beach if you have small children. would recommend getting a car . loved the pool had it to ourselves for most of are 10 day stay xxRecommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: Yes, the apartment is really nice and the views absolutely stunning. However, it is more convenient with a car if you have small children. But, you may not have seen the elevator taking you down to the main road? This is a unique facility for this residence!! You are most welcome back at your next visit to the French Riviera.
