If you are seeking a true uncrowded beach escape with the beach right at your door, then perhaps you have found it here on North Topsail Beach at the ocean front resort of the Villa Capriani.
This is a 2 level Villa style offering which will afford each guest his/her own space. The first level offers a powder room, foyer, private balcony plus the Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen are enhanced by wood flooring.
As you enjoy your private balcony which overlooks the courtyard, you will have spectacular ocean view of squadrons of Pelicans, leagues of Dolphins or, if you are an early riser, the fleet of shrimpers. The entire feel is that of being on the Italian coast you are surrounded with lovely gardens, soothing waterfalls and Mediterranian architecture.
I asked my self what bugged me about my experiences in a beach rental...the necessity of toting linens, the standing in line to check in for keys, the packing and unpacking of all the extras, like beach chairs, hairdryers and more. In my offering, I have tried to eliminate these in an effort to make your stay enjoyable. To start, eliminating the wait in line at a satellite facility for your keys. You will pick up these up directly at the Villa. I supply linnens, hair dryers, irons, beach chairs and more all part of an effort to make your trip hassel free.
I provide a recently decorated place for your beach experience. The Master Bedroom offers King size bed with private bath and a queen in the second with a bath. The king offers an oceanfront view the queen sound view.
A private front load washer and dryer will make your stay completely hassel free.

What a pleasant surprise! I stayed at this lovely property from April 7-14 and enjoyed a spectacular Easter holiday. The condo is beautifully decorated (probably by a professional), and is truly "beach" comfortable, with all the amenities one would expect from a 5 star resort. The property owner has taken the time to give the utmost attention to detail; right down to the welcome bottle of Pinot Grigio, chilled and awaiting my arrival. Once settled in, relaxation mode came quickly. No waiting on line for keys, towels and linens all in place, plenty of dinnerware and kitchen utensils, and absolutely spotless. This condo passes the white glove test with flying colors. Settle in and enjoy a beautiful sunset, have a cocktail or glass of wine (the owner will see to that), and allow yourself to be swept away....you will begin to think you are actually on the island of Capri, or some other spot on the Italian Riviera, but with a huge, wide open expanse of beach. Put this one on your "to do" list. I plan on making a return visit in the Fall. Ciao!Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
