This 3 bedroom luxury home was built in 2004. This spacious home is perfect for a family vacation. The great room is a wonderful space to enjoy family time together. The master suite gives you solitude when you desire time to yourself. The Tommy Bahama king bed makes the master suite a luxurious retreat with French doors opening to the pool. Off the bedroom is a large closet, bath, and beautifully tiled shower area. The other 2 bedrooms sleep a total of 4. A sofabed in the living area allows you to sleep a total of 8.
Your private heated pool and outdoor lanai are perfect for relaxing. Have your breakfast on the lanai, or serve dinner by the pool. Sit in the sun or read in the shade of covered patio area.
After you have had time to relax in this vacation retreat, you will enjoy a short walk to nearby Vanderbilt Beach and the Ritz Carlton for once-in-a-lifetime sunsets. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the US, and offers you the opportunity to enjoy long walks or just sit in the sun. There are chair and cabana rentals for the all-day beach excursion, or walk to the nearby marina for a fishing charter or sunset cruise. Take a drive to the State Park, just minutes away, for a dinner on the beach. The Guest Book provided in the home, will guide you with maps and directions to areas of interest. You will find dining, shopping, golf, tennis, and entertainment are all nearby.
