                                    This was our first homeaway.co.uk booking experience. We were a little unsure about the process involved - particularly with an overseas payment. On our arrival our fears were put to rest. We found a lovely little flat which we enjoyed 4 days in. The owners provided us with an assortment of drinks and staple food which made our stay even easier! With 4 adults and a toddler it was a tiny bit squeezy but it was perfect for our needs as we spent our days out and about. Thank you so much for our accommodation .. we enjoyed our stay and hope to visit Munich again (and stay in your lovely flat!)

                                    Waren mit drei Personen im Bungalow untergebracht. Leider haben wir ein paar kleine Mängel feststellen müssen. Der Bungalow reicht für einen Kurzurlaub sicherlich aus, leider war dort überall Schimmel an den Wänden. Die Heizung im Flur/Küche hat nicht funktioniert, was aber wohl schon bekannt war. Das grosse Bett im ersten Schlafzimmer hat seine besten Zeiten schon hinter sich, manchmal habe ich gedacht wenn ich mich umdrehe bricht es zusammen, und die Matratze ist nicht für empfindliche Rückenmuskeln da sie schon sehr durch gelegen war! Leider stand auch nirgendwo geschrieben, dass die Wohnungen in einem Hinterhof von einer Firma liegen (obwohl man hier nichts gehört hat, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr leise und nett). Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren trotz allem sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Rotwein und vier Flaschen Limonade vom Haus. Die U-Bahnstation lag nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und man ist in 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Alles in allem für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet, wenn die kleinen Mängel beseitigt sind !

                                    Owner response: Der Schimmel tritt leider in der kälteren Jahrezeit innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf! Dies erfolgt durch unzureichendes lüften der Räumlichkeiten! Wir haben den leichten Schimmelbefall bereits bei der Reinigung festgestellt und auch umgehend behoben. Der Heizkörper im Gang/Küche wurde auch funktionsfähig gemacht. Es liegt auch in unserem Interesse diverse Mängel umgehend zu beheben und wir sind dankbar für jeden Hinweis auch wenn uns dies lieber wäre wenn man uns unmittelbar vor Ort informieren würde. So können wir unmittelbar bzw. schnellstmöglich für Abhilfe sorgen. Vielen Dank, Ihr munichappatment Team

                                    Wir hatten den Bungalow zwei Wochen lang gemietet. Die Betreuung im Vorfeld und bei der Ankunft war optimal, die Räumlichkeiten sauber und völlig ausreichend eingerichtet. Es gab kein Parkproblem, ein Supermarkt ist in Fußweite, ebenso eine U-Bahn-Station. Auch mit dem Auto ist man in gut 20 Minuten in der City. Alles in allem eine sehr angenehme Location mit gutem Service und einem ebenso guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Jederzeit gern wieder.

                                    Wir waren im Juli 2011 in der Dachgeschosswohnung untergebracht und waren begeistert. Diese Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail herrscht hier eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder einmal dort Urlaub machen. Vielen Dank!

                                    ... davon haben wir immer geträumt und mit den Ferienwohnungen von munich-appartment hat sich dieser Traum ganz und gar erfüllt. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren bereits 2 x zu Gast und werden beim nächsten Urlaub selbstverständlich wieder dort buchen. Der neu gestaltete Bungalow ist gemütlich und funktionell zugleich. Das schöne Bad macht schon gleich am Morgen gute Laune. Die Küche ist selbstverständlich mit einer Spülmaschine ausgestattet und hält alle nützlichen Utensilien bereit. Selbst an einen kleinen Sitzplatz mit Sonnenschirm im hinteren, sichtgeschützen Teil des Bungalows wurde gedacht. Jeglicher Komfort wird dem Gast hier geboten. Die Nähe zur nächsten U-Bahn-Station in ca. 3 Gehminuten ermöglichte uns einen nahezu autofreien und somit stressfreien Aufenthalt in München. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr willkommen und konnten am ersten Abend mit einer vom Hausherrn bereitgestellten Flasche Wein auf einen schönen Urlaub anstossen.

                                    Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
