This gorgeous villa is without a doubt one of the most beautiful villas in St Barts and it’s no surprise that it has become one of the celebrities favorites.
Upon entering the villa, you will be immediately blown away by the stunning panoramic views of the bay of Toiny and the islands of St. Kitts and Nevis, a gorgeous view you can enjoy from any room of the house.
The living room is surrounded by windows that you can partially open so you can enjoy the breeze or keep them closed if you prefer the air con that is available in the entire house. In both cases the fantastic view is there for you!
The villa also offers a media room, cool and comfortable that features a large wall-mounted plasma screen and a state of the art audio system. This is the perfect home cinema.
The open kitchen is equipped with all the latest equipments and offers even more with for example a real 'espresso' machine, a cold room and a classy wine cellar.
Leaving the living room, you get to the main terrace, with many sunbeds and its infinity swimming pool from where you can enjoy the view of the Caribbean Sea. The swimming pool is heated in winter and equipped with an alarm so that the whole family can enjoy it whatever the season.
You will also find a barbecue area with a large table to enjoy convivial meals under the palm trees.
The villa features 4 bedrooms, all fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Each has its own bathroom and dressing room.

At the main level, there are 2 bedrooms, each featuring a 'king size' bed. The very large master suite has its private terrace, furnished with a small lounge, ideal for breakfast or a cocktail in privacy.

One of these two rooms has its own lounge area that can be opened or closed to the outside, as you wish. Separated from the bedroom by a glass wall, it could easily serve as an extra bedroom to sleep a baby.
At the same level, you will find a gorgeous fitness room, very well equipped with its universal gym equipment that can meet the needs of professional sportsmen while enjoying the sea view!
A massage room and a hammam complete this space dedicated to well being and physical exercise.
The Villa offers the latest technologies including a 'Bose Surround', Sony plasma screens built into the consoles, as well as 'Ipod' stations.
Finally, for your well-being, a mosquito barrier is installed all around the house as a misting of 100% organic essential oil.
