The kitchen and dining areas are fully stocked with every cooking utensil and placement setting you will need. The kitchen has granite counter tops and the dining room table seats 8 comfortably with an additional leaf. There is also a high chair and booster seat.
The great room offers tall ceilings with a 50' Hi-def TV, Cable w/DVR, XBOX 360 (with XBOX Live) and several games and movies.
As mentioned above the backyard backs to undeveloped land. We have an outdoor table with four chairs and an umbrella as well as a large grill for use. We often see wildlife strolling through the back and have an abundance of birds that enjoy the bird baths and feeders set out for them.

we rented this house for our Granddaughters graduation from NAU. It was perfect. Very comfortable, with lots of room for 7 people. Alex had everything there. The house was clean with top of the line appliances. even fresh flowers on the counter when we arrived. the bed in the master bedroom was fantastic. We will stay again sometime...... Thank You Alex for being a pleasure to work with.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

It is a very comfortable place to stay. Perfect for families with kids, lots of things to do and play with. It is also close to town and parks etc. It is a great jumping off point for going to both sides of town as it is very centrally located. The owners were available for questions and it was an easy place to stay at. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could need. Very nice :)Recommended for: Families with young children.

A group of friends and I stayed here over New Year's and had a fabulous time. Our hosts had the house in meticulous shape, with clear instructions. This was our first experience with a VRBO rental and we could not have been happier. The house was perfect for our needs. It is spacious, kid friendly, and filled with an abundant amount of toys, video games, movies, and basic food items. The pictures of the house are truly representative. The owners were an absolute pleasure to work with.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

This house was clean, comfortable and located just minutes from everything we wanted to do in Flagstaff. The cost and additional fees were very reasonable -- more so than other homes we considered. The homeowners were very flexible and accomodated our special requests. They were great to work with. The backyard gate opens to undeveloped land which our kids loved exploring. I would definitely rent from these homeowners again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our time here! The owners thought of everything that we could possibly need, from a perfectly stocked kitchen, to toys that our son LOVED. :) The home is warm, inviting, cozy, and absolutely immaculate. The location is perfect; close to downtown, yet quiet and private. We truly felt the owners went out of their way to make sure we felt at home here, and we absolutely did! Our son has been begging to go back and we're already planning our next visit back! Thank you SO much for such a wonderful, wonderful experience!!Recommended for: Families with young children.
