Elevation: 7,300 feet. Summer: Nights are cool and invigorating and days fresh and comfortable. Double rainbows are a regular occurrence. Winter: super powder in the mountains and very little snow down below. Lots of sun and low humidity year round. Incredible sunsets and sunrises.
