Beach Retreat is a completely private and secluded riverfront home with something very rare - its own PRIVATE beach! And inside you'll find a light and airy architect-remodeled mid-century modern cottage with gorgeous exposed woodbeam ceilings, fir floors, artisan crafted furnishings, "green" design features, and windows, windows, windows!
Beautiful mid-century modern furniture graces the dining area and living room. The stylish modern couch faces the glass doors and the river beyond, and folds out into a comfortable bed for two. There's also a cozy wood-burning stove and glass doors leading to one of the two decks. It's a great spot to relax and gaze out at the river!
The main deck is sunny and has glorious river views. You can also see the expansive yard, with its fruit trees and small vineyard.
The second deck, also with a river view, is covered by a wood canopy and has a large, hand-made, solid walnut dining table and gas grill, making it the perfect place to dine al fresco.
A gleaming, modern, stainless steel kitchen awaits you when you decide to cook indoors.
The cozy bedroom is tranquil and serene, with a lovely queen-size bed and windows looking out on lots of greenery.
The private beach is accessed directly from the yard of Beach Retreat, and can only be accessed by one other neighbor.
The 5 person hot tub is very private, yet has a gorgeous river view framed by grapevines and an orange tree. Total bliss!
