  Had a wonderful 3 days at charming, comfortable, and connected Sid's Place. The place looks just like the pictures with a great bathroom and amenities. John and Beth were a fountain of information and perfect hosts. Roger City is historic, safe, and character filled. We had a nice time and ventured into Lake Huron which is a stones throw away (maybe a couple hundred yards) at the city park in mid September. We love Roger City...and now Sid's. Can't wait until next time!! Oh, nice cable and wifi connection too.

  This property was a gem. It was extremely clean and well equipped for an extremely enjoyable weekend stay. The quiet surroundings made for a relaxing time. Our hosts were very nice and welcoming. The location to the beach and town were extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to friends and family!

  We absolutely loved Sid's place. It is a true craftsman that has been restored beautifully. You instantly feel at home here and can't beat the location to all of Rogers City offerings. Steps from the beach/park, walking distance to restaurants, grocery and general stores. Rogers city is a true hidden gem! Our host and hostess were fantastic....Wonderful hospitality... Homemade jam, lemonade and fresh flowers greeted us. We will be back!

  We recently spent 2 nights at Sid's Place and fell in love with it! The house was immaculately clean, airy and comfortable. Welcome gifts of lemonade and homemade jam in the fridge. John and Beth made us so welcome and are always available if needed. Told them we were hesitant to tell all our friends about their place because they would all want to stay, which means they'd be booked up years in advance! We plan to return to Sid's Place and stay for a week next time.

  We had a great time in Roger's City. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. John and Beth made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and well supplied and full of charm! It was nice being so close to Lake Huron and being able to walk or bike ride in the area. We also enjoyed riding the bike trail that goes to the 40 Mile Point Lighthouse. We definitely would stay again!
