  Wonderful rental unit,very well equipped,great beds comfy and firm,kitchen utensils abound and very clean, but the best part was the location. Would recommend this unit to friends and family.

  What a great place..everything you need. And perfect for a family. I didnt want a busy boardwalk because I have a 6 and 10 year old and this place was perfect. The walk to main street is perfect...great shops and food. People are great... The sunsets are breathtaking! Cant say enough about this great place. And very easy to work with on the rental part..very friendly. Best vacation ever! We will be back!!

  Our new "home away from home"! Wonderful apartment for a memorable beach vacation. Roomy 3 bedroom with all the comforts of home. We were delighted to find the apartment exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do the property justice...it is so much better in person. Its very well maintained. The location is walking distance to main street in Seal Beach. Lots of Restaurants and Shopping. We loved the community and the safe feeling it provided for our family. It was so nice to have amenities such as cable TV, washer and dryer, hair dryer, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and pots and pans. The extra blankets were a nice touch as well. Not only would we recommend this property to family and friends, we would choose to stay here again. The Sand berm was up at our visit but did not detract from the whole beach experience. The deck was the perfect size and had a great gas grill. All in all this was more than just a place to sleep, it was a destination. It became a wonderful part of our family vacation. My family and I would highly recommend a visit to Seal Beach. The people, the location and this apartment will make your stay a memorable one.

  We have rented other properties in Seal Beach before and this by far has been the best experience. You have a FULL size washer/dryer, large BBQ, parking spot in a garage, very close to the pier and owners that reply quickly to any need you might have. Previous stays at other locations in Seal Beach had no parking this is a HUGE inconvenience as parking is hard to find and I ended up with 2 tickets. Also you are so close to the pier parking lot. If you have friends over they can park there and easily walk over. Wonderful, clean location. The bike trail is wonderful and safe. There is space at the back of the house to store your bikes. The kitchen has everything you need and it's not cheap stuff either. Really I can't say enough about the place! Thank you Audrey for being so accommodating and kind. We hope to come back soon!

  We have been there for two weeks in January and the house is as described and presented on pictures (except the ocean view that was obstructed by a sand valve). It is in a very quiet area, right on the beach, a few steps from the pier, shops and restaurants. The house itself is clean and comfortable. We have found it very well equipped and the only thing we were missing was a hairdryer (not sure if this is standard in other houses). Those days went very fast somehow between making outside grill, playing on the beach, watching beautiful sunsets and then having dinners with friends. I wish we could stay there longer.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

  Owner response: The berm (wall of sand) is up during the months of November through March/April. While it's not pictured in the photos, it is mentioned at the time of booking. We will look into getting a hairdryer. Great suggestion!

  This rental property was exactly what we expected. It was very clean. We were right on the beach which we loved! The place was nicely furnished and had all the essentials including a washer and dryer, internet access, and a grill. We loved having a full size kitchen and lovely dining area. We entertained many friends and family while staying here for my daughter's wedding. The owners were great to work with to get our reservation made and they promptly returned our security property. The neighborhood was lovely and safe. We were walking distance from the quaint downtown area. We wish our stay had been longer and hope we can return next year.

  Great location close to Main St. and all the good restaurants, bars and shops. Enjoyed many meals out! Fun town to walk and discover many beautiful gardens. The house was neat, clean and very adequate, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Enjoyed the beach front porch and friendly people walking by. Great biking up and down the coast.

  My friend and I stayed there for 8 days - this was my second time as I stayed in the upper level unit last year. I love this place! I grew up near here and Seal Beach housing remains just as charming as ever! The lower unit was wonderful! Right on the sand, clean, nicely decorated, uncluttered and the views were amazing from every direction. Perfect location. 2 -3 minute walk to main street. I will book again next year! The neighbors are friendly and just sitting on the front porch with coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine at night you meet people walking by with dogs and jogging. Downtown main street has wonderful eating places, friendly people, boutiques. Again, amazing friendly people. Can't rave enough - the unit is well maintained, safe and quiet, calm environment. Total relaxation or you can stay as busy as you want! Within minutes to all coastal beaches! The best location on the coast in my opinion! This unit feels like home now that I've stayed twice in a row and know the lovely neighbors! Highly recommended to anyone! Woody's Cafe for breakfast or late night omelet and Hideout on the corner for dinner! Fantastic food. Javatini's for coffee and Heavenly Couture for cute tops!! See ya next year!

  I had a fantastic time! It may look a little crowded from the picture, but the actual place is way deeper than it looks (We stayed in the lower of the two). The bedrooms are comfy and have plenty of drawer space. It was clean and well-maintained, definitely. There were also a sufficient amount of towels (both beach and bath), which was a bonus. The rental comes with cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, and such, which made it very convenient. The view is GREAT every single morning, naturally. The beach never gets too crowded, meaning that it is quiet and secluded, which is great when you are vacationing. The pier is a five minute walk and Main Street has some great dining and shopping. The rental is overall a great choice, and I would recommend it to anyone.

  WOW! Couldn't ask for a better location. My family and I stayed here for the month of June 2012. Everything is within walking distance. Perfect for families. The beach is right at your front door! Kitchen is equipped with all necessary items and the view while cooking is beautiful. Couldn't ask for a better beach house. The town of Seal Beach has great restaurants (Thai on Main, Beachwood BBQ, Waki Sushi, Z Pizza) good coffee (Bogart's and Javatinis) the shops are quaint and Disney was a quick 20 minute drive. Plus, the Bay Theater in town has great movies! Farmers market every Saturday (Sunset Beach) and Sunday (Long Beach), Whole Foods and Ralph's 10 minute drive. Pictures accurately reflect the clean and uncluttered interior of the home and it is well maintained.
