You'll find bunkbeds in the hall "aquarium" and a queen sleeper sofa in the relaxing living area with ceiling fan, TV & DVD player. A fully supplied kitchen, with pub table for 4 along with 3 bar stools for your indoor dining, it's beyond "perfect"!!! You can sit on the balcony and watch the fishing fleet leave in the morning, eye spy a dolphin all throughout the day, listen to live music being performed on the deck periodically during spring and summer, but more importantly you won't want to miss the breathtaking sunsets in this place we call "paradise"!!!
Destin or as we like to say "paradise" has an ABUNDANCE of offerings... just to name a few, it has the BEST restaurants, cinemas, Big Kahuna's Water Park, miniature golf, go carts, parasailing, jet-skiing, fishing, bowling and a library for those that left the computers at home. However, for those that bring computers to "paradise" this condo offers DSL access, if you must stay in the know!!!
For those shopping enthusiasts you'll find multiple options: Bass Pro Shop, Destin Commons, Silver Sands MASSIVE Outlet mall and many many more offerings are available. An addition to the forementioned activities and shopping there's still a few other choices, free concerts at various locations year round, and Destin Harbor with the famous fishing charter boats... All just minutes away!!!
Pelican Beach Resort has many amenities: Meeting/conference room, two tennis courts, three swimming pools (heated indoor/outdoor lap pool, kiddie pool, and beachside pool), exercise room, massage therapy room, sauna and steam baths, beachside hot tub, beachside tiki bar, beachside deck sunbathing area, as well as barbecue grills and tables should you decide to dine outside in "paradise"!!!
Also on site is Chans Market and Deli serving pizza, hot dogs, and burgers as well as a variety of items to purchase for most of the year. There's a game room arcade, "play zone" area for children (four to twelve) offered Memorial Day through Labor Day. A 24 hour front desk is available to solve any issues that might occur. Hello, we are Kevin & Sandy, and we've had the good fortunate to travel the planet, and because of that we've been quite a number of places and found Destin to be a great place to visit but an even better place to call our "home away from home". Waking up to the relaxing sounds of the Gulf of Mexico, walking on the sandy white beaches, brings peace and relaxation. We don't get to visit as often as we like but it's good to know we can rent to folks that will be able to experience and share in the joy of our "Perfect Paradise".

If you are looking for home away from home then STOP LOOKING!!! This condo is absolutely awesome from its colors and decor to its amazing view of the ocean!!! I will even brag on the assortment of "FIESTA" dishes that is stocked in the kitchen. It also is extremely clean and easily accessible being that it is on the first floor and we were always lucky enough to have parking right there at the front door of the condo. I just can't say enough about how impressed I was with this condo. We have spent the past four summers at the Pelican Beach Resort and we claim it as our second home but by far this was the neatest condo that we have stayed in. Thanks so much for sharing it with us!!!

MY FAMILY TRULY ENJOYED OUR STAY IN DESTIN. YOUR CONDO WAS LIKE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. IT IS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, AND A GREAT FAMILY PLACE TO STAY. LOVED THE 1st FLOOR LOCATION, AND AWESOME VIEW OF THE BEACH. OWNERS WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH ON MY LAST MINUTE BOOKING. We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The 1st floor location of this unit is awesome. It is gulfront with a good view. The decor is lacking a little bit, but don't let that get in the way of your stay. If you have children, this unit is for you - No elevator! The rentors are great to work with. We look forward to returning!

Third year to Destin and your condo. As usual everything was perfect. Your beautiful, clean condo, friendly people, the white sand beach and except for 2 days sunny weather. If all goes well we will be back in 2004.

1st vacation in a long time and what a place for it ! We had a ball - The condo is beautiful and we loved the 1st floor locationi. We will definitely request it for next year. This was a very special vacation for our family and I will never forget it. P.S. We are leaving tomorrow. We will miss the beach but will look towards our next vacation with happy thoughts ! :)

What a wonderful condo ! We had started our vacation in another condo, but quickly HAD to move. We were lucky enough to get your condo. What a blessing to our family and our vacation - Destin is a beautiful vacation spot. We really enjoyed the balcony and the fabulous view. I loved the sounds of the water, very soothing to us all.
