We had a full house, but it was an amazing time in Naramata. The home was fantastic and worked for all ages! Beautiful, clean and great owners. They were very flexible and made our trip a very comfortable and welcoming one. Loved the chilled bottle of white waiting for us! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Our family spent a week at Cheryl's gorgeous home in Naramata. The property was beautiful, peaceful and we seem to have everything we needed. The layout of the home gave us tons of space, and we enjoyed both decks and yard very much. As frequent rental property vacationers, I must say that Cheryl's home is one of the cleanest and well maintain we have stayed at. Communication with the owner was 210%. She always was easy to reach, and response was quick and friendly! We can not wait until next summer to return~

Two girlfriends and I wanted a place to stay in the heart of Naramata wine country, and we couldn't have found a lovelier place. The house is well appointed with everything you could possibly need, there's plenty of space, it's impeccably clean and the best part about it is the view. The spacious deck looks out over the lake and is equipped with comfy loungers so you can make the most of that view. A welcome note and a nice bottle of wine were waiting for us when we got there. Top notch all the way around. All three of us agreed we'd stay there again.

A wineing combination.

What a lovely house in a near perfect location. My wife and I treated our close family and our baby son for a visit to Naramata. Cheryl made the arrangements seamless and very straightforward, and their home was a pure joy to stay in. Next time we'd like to stay a little longer when we look to return later in the year. Wine on the deck of an evening, watching the quails run around with the lake backdrop will be embedded into our memories.

Cheryl & Ed's place was more lovely than the photos suggested - beautifully peaceful and a gorgeous view of the lake. Everything we needed (and more) was made available to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Cheryl has thought of everything and was such a lovely person to deal with. We would definitely come again and will recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in Naramata.

I would highly recommend this home for a getaway to Naramata. Our group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our time here. From the moment you walk in it is evident that Cheryl has put a lot of time and effort into her home. Everything you need is available for use, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable chairs on the spacious deck, iPod dock, nice big wine glasses, even fruit trees, which were bursting with peaches by the time we were there. Our group prepared breakfasts every morning and grilled on the BBQ each evening (including grilling some of those peaches). Everything we needed was close at hand. The spectacular sunsets were enjoyed every night with a bottle or two from the local wineries. The location is spectacular, right in the middle of Naramata, close drive to several wineries, and stunning scenery in every direction. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the neighbourhood was so quiet and restful. Thank you Cheryl for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place for a family holiday
Perfect place for a family holiday
We know Naramata well, and needed a large home to accommodate Grandma and Grandpa, Mom & Dad and two young children. With two levels, everyone had a their privacy, Grandma & Grandpa had a good sleep (!) and we all enjoyed the beautifully- appointed, fully-equipped home. We had coffee on the deck in the morning, enjoyed the spacious main areas in the hottest part of the day (when we weren't at the beach) and at the end of the day sat with our wine watching the sunset over the beautiful lake. Everything we needed was there, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house is newly renovated and everything feels clean and new. We would happily return another year --thank you Cheryl, for making it all so easy!

Easy communication with the owner. Modern appliances and nicely appointed. The locations was great with lots of wineries nearby. Two large decks that were great for sunsets and evening meals. Great cherry tree! We will definitely be back to this great home.

We stayed at the Sunset N'Vine in June 2012 and were very pleased with the property, the location, and the owners! Cheryl was very attentive to detail and the house was immaculate, well equiped and in a wonderful location with stunning views of the lake. We watched the sunset from the patio in those great zero-gravity chairs, and, of course, a taste of the local vintage! Highly recommend this property - in fact, we have already told dozens of friends and collegues about it already!

Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: My hubby and I visited Naramata in 2009 and completely fell in love with the region. We had gone down for an early morning swim in Okanagan Lake when no one was around and it was absolute bliss! Within that 1 week holiday, we had found our future retirement home in Naramata. We had originally just leased the house out on a year to year basis until this April 2012, when we decided to renovate the kitchen and bathrooms and furnish it so that we, and our family & friends could enjoy it from time to time. In between those times, we are happy to rent it out to others who, like ourselves, enjoy and appreciate the region for all it has to offer.
Why the Owner Chose Naramata:
We chose this property because of its gorgeous views of Okanagan Lake, the fruit trees, grape vines and its serene and peaceful setting. We love the open plan kitchen, dining and living room with vaulted ceilings and with lots of windows in which to enjoy the views all year round. There are quails running around the property all the time and we've noticed from time to time, a couple dozen babies running around too!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The 1/2 acre property is quite private with its tall hedges and numerous other mature trees and shrubs. The master bedroom is on the main upper level while the other three bedrooms are on the lower level which offers us a sanctuary away from the kids and other family or friends visiting. Our guests have commented on this nice aspect as well. Even though the City of Penticton is just a short 15 minute scenic drive away, you feel as though you are far away in the country.
