Step off the patio into the infinity pool. Relax on a chaise lounge and sip margaritas. After watching the sunset from the patio or by the pool, cross the street and walk down the steps to Old Town and have dinner on Los Muertos Beach. You might choose La Palapa, The El Dorado or maybe Daiquiri Dicks. There are many fine restaurants in PV that serve world famous cuisine and they are all within walking distance of Casa Vista Linda.
Continue down the beachfront to Ritmose Beach Club and listen to Jazz, or salsa, whatever is on the menu. Listen to the music and the lapping of the waves! We are in the perfect location to enjoy all of Puerto Vallarta and still have the luxury of quiet and privacy.
Our Kitchen has state of the art appliances, china, silverware, wine glasses, most staples and spices. Our bedrooms are comfy places to rest your head before heading out the next day for sightseeing or perhaps a canopy tour. Each master suite has a king bed and beautiful bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. The other bedroom, though smaller, has twin beds (which Eva can make into a king). The bathroom for this room is separate from the bedroom and although it is smaller with a shower, it is beautiful. In fact this whole condo is luxury, from the moment you walk in, to the down pillow you rest your head on at night and the marble floors under your slippered feet.
The decor was designed by Jorge Rubio of Terra Noble in a Mexican Indian motif, juxtaposed onto a modern Mexican architecture. Everything in the condo is of the highest quality. Our maid Eva, comes three times a week and we can arrange a cook for dining in, if you would like.

Linda, Thank you so much for the use of your condo this past week. I know it was a hassle for you when we were supposed to have the use of your time share. Your condo is beautiful and the view is spectacular. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return to Puerto Vallarta . Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We even looked at some condos ourselves because we were so impressed with the area. It was the perfect place for a true vacation. There were so many things to do, but we felt rested when we got home because it was a great place to do nothing also. We have to come back to go to all of the restaurants that we missed. 2/23/07 Linda, Your condo is as beautiful as ever – we are having a great time (and supporting the local economy). We are heading to Punta Mita today, so we are looking forward to that. We were shocked to see that El Arryan was closed – any new suggestions for dining out? I do not have Bob’s e-mail address with me – would you please ask him if he could send me an e-mail describing how to get to the hiking trail he took me on last year. I know that you head south and go through a neighborhood to get there, but I’m not sure which one. If not, no big deal – we can skip the exercise and go right to cocktail hour. Linda & Bob, We are finally settled back into the WI cold and snow, and back to work. We had a great time in PV and staying at the condo. It is a beautiful house in a perfect location. Can’t beat the pool. We walked down to the bay/ city area most days. Weather was excellent. It was a wonderful rest and relation vacation. The only catastrophe was we broke one of the drink glasses (it looked like it might have been a scotch glass). It might necessitate replacing the set. Please let us know the cost and I will send you a check. Everything else went smoothly. We may be interested in renting the condo next year again. If it is available. However, I have a major case that will go trial either in the late fall or after the new year. I will not be able to commit until late summer. I will contact you when I know more. Things are up in the air. Thanks for everything. We had a very enjoyable time. T & C L

Tue, 28 Nov 2006 13:53:54 -0800 Hi Well we are back from P V and we had such a nice time and really loved staying at your condo. The best was the great open space and the open outside patios with plants and seating and of course the short walk to the pool and the wonderful view!! And great weather of course. We made many trips down the road into town and the various restaurants, etc. You are in a great location. One day we called the driver (Riccardo) and went to Sayulito and back stopping and touring along the way. Also took the Friendship Tour to homes and botanical gardens. And I don't think we cooked at home except for chips and dip and wine. The computers worked fine and our friend Ed left some instructions there (I think he said a wire was crossed). Both Ed and Floyd were using computers on wireless so we were able to "keep up" with the ofc. Thanks again for letting us stay, we would like to come back again sometime. Kathy (and Floyd)

7/16/06 Linda I just wanted to tell you how much my wife and I enjoyed staying at your condominium. It is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. Puerto Vallarta is a wonderful destination. I am not certain why we had not visited there before this trip. We had a great meal at Trio, we also enjoyed the food at DeSantos. Eva is a great cleaning person, and Debra from Bayside Properties was very helpful to us with directions and other matters.
