Accommodations: Condo, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 3 Baths (Sleeps 8)
Keywords: Condominium,Fantastic view, walk to town, huge heated infinity pool, Strikingly beautiful, 3 suites
Step off the patio into the infinity pool. Relax on a chaise lounge and sip margaritas. After watching the sunset from the patio or by the pool, cross the street and walk down the steps to Old Town and have dinner on Los Muertos Beach. You might choose La Palapa, The El Dorado or maybe Daiquiri Dicks. There are many fine restaurants in PV that serve world famous cuisine and they are all within walking distance of Casa Vista Linda.
Continue down the beachfront to Ritmose Beach Club and the Blue Chairs Resort and listen to Jazz, or salsa, whatever is on the menu. Listen to the music and the lapping of the waves! We are in the perfect location to enjoy all of Puerto Vallarta and still have the luxury of quiet and privacy.
Our Kitchen has state of the art appliances, china, silverware, wine glasses, most staples and spices. Our bedrooms are comfy places to rest your head before heading out the next day for sightseeing or perhaps a canopy tour. Each master suite has a king bed and beautiful bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs. The other bedroom, though smaller, has twin beds (which Eva can make into a king). The bathroom for this room is separate from the bedroom and although it is smaller with a shower, it is beautiful. In fact this whole condo is luxury, from the moment you walk in, to the down pillow you rest your head on at night and the marble floors under your slippered feet.
The decor was designed by Jorge Rubio of Terra Noble in a Mexican Indian motif, juxtaposed onto a modern Mexican architecture. Everything in the condo is of the highest quality. Our maid Eva, comes three times a week and we can arrange a cook for dining in, if you would like.
Puerto Vallarta awaits you. You won't be sorry if you choose to stay at Casa Vista Linda.
Our property manager can arrange a cook for you whenever you would like.

Our family had the priveledge of staying at this property over the Christmas 2011 holiday break. The condo was first rate for comfort and location (quiet, safe & clean). The staff was superb, and Elba's fine Mexican cuisine would be hard to beat. There were many thoughtful touches provided (such as abundant local tourist info) that made it easy for the first-time visitor to the area to feel well-oriented. The condo administrator, Alfredo, spoke excellent English and was very courteous and helpful. We had no difficulty accessing the property by taxi. The walk down the hill to the nearby Romantic Zone might be a challenge for those who have difficulty coping without sidewalks and streetlights, though. As an acive group of adults, we enjoyed exploring the windy cobbled streets of the charming hillside neighborhood and nearby Old Town. I would definitely recommend this as a luxurious holiday destination!
Owner response:Dear Letty, I am so happy to learn you had a wonderful time at our condo and Thank You for taking the time and effort to write a review.I appreciate that very much. It is true the little walk down to the beach can be challenging in the dark navigating some broken steps. I heard they were putting sidewalks on the street to make walking that way easier. I will find out in Feb when we return. At any rate it IS Mexico- full of adventures, isn't that why we LOVE it? Glad you had a good time I hope you will come back to Mexico and maybe even Casa Vista Linda, again.

Casa Vista Linda is 100% top notch. The condo is beyond spacious. The art work and furnishings are outstanding. The pool is warm and clean as are the entire grounds. We could not ask for anything more definetly a 10. The location is quite and peaceful but close enough to town for convenience. We have visited PV many times and stayed at a variety of places, Casa Vista Linda is our all time favorite. Linda was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. We are planning our next trip to Casa Vista Linda. Linda was very helpfull and a pleasure to work with.

I previously stayed at Casa Vista Linda on my first trip to Puerto Vallarta Mexico back in August 2010. During that visit I was thoroughly impressed with the town, the people and the accommodations we experienced while staying at Casa Vista Linda... So impressed that I returned again in March 2011. That should speak volumes alone. As with our first visit we were greeted by great staff, the same people might I add. Everyone recognized us and was very helpful and willing to be of assistance. The maid Eva was outstanding and it was a joy to see her smiling face again. Linda was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating to all of our needs. She truly does her best to ensure a comfortable stay. Her eagerness and appreciation of our return visit was clear. This time, because we went during peak season there were more folks in the complex, equally as friendly. I truly have come to love Puerto Vallarta and Casa Vista Linda. It really is starting to feel like our "home away from home". During this visit we met many more travelers on the Diana Cruise (which I highly recommend). It was as a result of this cruise and the people we met that our experience was truly cemented that we choose the right place to stay. We had a cocktail gathering one night and invited over some couples who were equally as impressed by Casa Vista Linda as we were. Our trip this time was longer than our first however it felt shorter. This is truly a great place to stay with all the amenities, great location and Linda and her team are a pleasure to work with. I will be back to PVR very soon and have NO DESIRE to stay anywhere else. We will be booking another trip soon Linda! Thank you!!!! Kevin and Scott
Owner response:you are very welcom Kevin. You are always welcome at Casa Vista Linda. when you return you will see our new remodel of the little bedroom and TV room which is now the third bedroom and the little room is the TV room /4th bedroom. If 6 of you come it will accommodate all of you very very comfortably, but if it is just you two it will be as great as you know it to be. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Linda

Casa Vista Linda is just flat out gorgeous !! From the moment we entered the grounds from the elevator, our entire group just kept on commenting how absolutely beautiful every aspect of the property was. From the manicured lawn, shrubs, and flowers to the huge covered palapa, to the amazing infinity pool with built in lounging seats , the exterior grounds of this property makes you feel as if you are in paradise. And oh – did I mention the view??? From the south hillside location of Casa Vista Linda, one can easily see from Los Muertos beach near the bottom of the hill and all along Banderas Bay to the Nuevo Vallarta resort areas. As wonderful as the grounds are at Casa Vista Linda, the condo itself rivals the grounds in beauty and comfort. This sprawling condo is quite spacious and incredibly decorated. The rooms at Casa Vista Linda are all unique from the layout, to the sturdy furniture, to the decorations and art contained in each room. Just sitting in or strolling around each room, the immediate thing one notices is the cool art decorating each room. But beyond the art, one starts to notice amazing workmanship and design put into the construction of the rooms – river rock walls, fountain/water feature, beautifully tiled floors, concave lighted recessions areas in ceilings to name a few. Although Casa Vista Linda is so attractive, you may want to stay there all the time, but we found ourselves venturing off into Puerto Vallarta for dinners and sightseeing. The access to the local phone and noted taxi numbers makes for easy arrival of taxis. A short taxi trip down the hill and Old Town awaits, so you can get there in a few minutes for just 30 pesos or so, or up to 50 pesos if you travel further into town. If you are looking for some exercise, the walk down the hill into Old Town is reasonable, but I’d recommend a taxi to get back up. To get to the beach from the condo, just walk down the hilly driveway, and then transcend the 150 stairs between buildings which drop you off just a block from the beach. The walk back up the hill from Old Town can be a bit tough, unless you have a little Rocky Mountain Bighorn Sheep in you, but no problems getting home – all you have to do is flag a taxi and tell them “La Cima Uno”, and they all seem to know where that is. We loved our stay at Casa Vista Linda and think is a top of the line condo in Puerto Vallarta. I highly recommend this property for your family – you won’t be disappointed.
Owner response:WoW Pete, I thank you very much for your kind review. I am so glad you had a wonderful time in PV and of course our condo. What can I say except "We try". I try to make a persons stay at Casa Vista Linda as comfortable as their own home or better. Hope you choose to come back to Puerto Vallarta and to Casa Vista LInda for your next vacation. Thanks again. Sincerely yours, Linda

This condo is gorgeous inside and out. It is the nicest place I've stayed in Mexico, by far. The pool is right in front- so the view of blue seemlessly expands out to ocean. It is private, but close to everything. Linda was a pleasure to work with. The staff was there when needed- and friendly. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare your gourmet meals. We had massage therapist come to condo and give us awesome massages in back jungle view room. How romantic! We feel so lucky to have found this place!

This was a fabulous experience staying in this beautiful Condo. It felt like our home away from home with fantastic decorations of ellegance and comfort. The linens and towels of high quality made us feel like we were royalty. The view and location from this unit was by far the best in the complex. It felt like a private home with our own pool. The people that take care of the property Eva, and Alfredo's were caring and hard working to make our stay Fantastic! The owner Linda was gracious, fair and honorable in buissness. We will always plan our trips to PV in this unit in the future and reccomend it highly to others. Sincerly, Extremly pleased! Ang
Owner response:WoW! Thank you for such a nice review. I am glad everything worked out for you and you had a great vacation at our condo. We try, but it isn't hard as we get GREAT renters. Regarding our Eva, she has been with us for 4 years and she treats our condo as her own home. Alfredo and Carmen have been managing our condo for 2 years and they are responsible and attentive. Our neighbors, when you see them, are friendly too. Since you visited in the summer I am not sure there was anyone out at the pool, but we do have great complex-mates. Sometimes they come to the pool although the pool is usually quiet. You are right. The condo has the feel of a private villa. That is one of the things we like about it. You can see people sometimes but sometimes it is private. Thanks again. We look forward to having you come back again.

Dear Linda and Bob, just a note to say in all our years of visiting and living in Puerto Vallarta, our family has never experienced such a spectacular location and view as well as such top notch amenities and appointments as those found in your condo. It is indeed a living work of art with it's paintings, sculptures, and natural elements of stone, wood and water including the beautiful river walk and fountain in your media room. My husband, our 14 year old son and I are in agreement that we have never experienced a more luxurious sleep than we did on your heavenly mattresses and bed linens and the beauty of having the jungle within reach of the bedroom terraces just added to our peacefulness. Oh, also, we cannot give enough praise of the wonderfully large pool which we enjoyed numerous times throughout the day which was directly accessible from your terrace. When we did venture beyond your gorgeous home, we found Puerto Vallarta - old town right at our door step. Restaurants, the beach and shopping were all readily accessible by an easy, quick walk. We would like to let eveyone know that if they are considering renting this terrific property it will far exceed their expectations. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home - we look forward to visiting again.
Owner response:Thank you for writing such a great review. I appreciate you taking the time to do it. It makes me feel great to know we helped you have a wonderful fun vacation.

I traveled to Puerto Vallarta and stayed in Casa Vista Linda in the begining of August. I throughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this as an option for any traveler. I traveled with my uncle and we are both gay men and had an outstanding time. Although it wasn't peak season the town was hopping. A great time, great food and very friendly people. Arriving at Casa Vista Linda we realized we made the right choice. We were a day away from booking a week at the Westin. Through a friends recommendation of the VRBO website I found Casa Vista Linda. The home is just as beautiful as described and the service from the staff and others is prompt and efficient. The maid is superb and a pleasure to interact with. She knows a lot about the house and cleans it spotless each time. The home is perfect location, right above the Blue Chairs and Blue Seas hotels. A lot of times we would walk down to the town and take a cab back. The cabs are ALWAYS available and I think the most we ever paid was 40 pesos. The pool, layout and beautiful furnishing made this house all it is described and then some. If my travels take me to PV in the future (which I know will happen soon) I will always try to stay at Casa Vista Linda!!! Great Experience. Thank you Linda and team!!!!
Owner response:I don't think I got back to you to thank you for this review. But Thanks so much. Look forward to hearing from you next year.

My husband and I stayed here April 1-8, 2010, with our 18 year old daughter, her friend, and our 12 year old daughter. This is the 3rd time we have rented a condo in Puerto Vallarta area, and it was by far the nicest. The interior design was stunning - my 12 year old spend almost an hour taking photos of all the design features and art. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was very relaxing, and well supplied with reading materials! It was so nice to have robes, and supplied shampoo, paper towels, etc. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves; the view was amazing. The condo was so well furnished, with all the kitchen amenities one would need. The condo was also very safe - we left the doors open nearly all the time. The maid (Eva) came three times during our visit, and cleaned around us. The transport service suggested by the owner was also fabulous - very punctual and accommodating (stopping at the store for us to stock up on supplies after picking us up at the airport). We loved the view and quietness, and enjoyed the walk down the hill to the beach for our nightly dinners. A few times we took a taxi back up - $40 pesos total from the south side of the river. We liked to walk off our dinners! We also walked in the morning along the beach and Melancon when it was not so busy, and ventured further south to walk along the beaches in Conchas Chinos (taking the elevator at the Loma Linda up the road and walking back along the road). We enjoyed being near the center of town (we previously rented in Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerias). We did the canopy tour (office by the Pemex station) and took the bus to Boca and water taxi to Yelapa; both recommended! Very highly recommended! Set-up would also work well for 3 couples!

Linda, Everything was wonderful! We arrived home, on January 30th, to chilly temperatures and a bit of snow on the ground, but our stay at your lovely condo, the long afternoons on the beach, the incredible weather, the excellent food and the friendly people of Puerto Vallarta, have left a warm feeling in our hearts that I'm sure will last us through the winter. On your recommendation, we bought two of the 'yellow' chickens and some chorizo and a bunch of other ingredients and made a wonderful dinner at the condo one evening - "Peruvian Grilled Chicken". And with the heads, feet, wing tips and backs we made a lovely stock for Spanish rice. We even found some good South American wine to go with it! The restaurants in PV were excellent - we did not have a 'bad' meal, whether at the most expensive gourmet restaurant, or at the smallest little local 'joint'. Besides spending afternoons at the beach, or relaxing in your beautiful pool, we walked all over the "romantic zone" and the old town, found a cool little outdoor market, with meat, fish and fruit/vegetable stalls. We took a water taxi to Jalapa one day and had a nice time on the, more quiet, beach there, walked to the waterfall, etc. I must say this is one of the more relaxing vacations we have had and a large part of the credit for that goes to you (and your lovely condo) and the excellent recommendations you made regarding restaurants and shopping. We are all eager to meet there again!! We'd happily recommend your condo to all our friends, but I'm afraid we'd then have to compete with them to get it!!!! Seriously though, I could go on and on, and if anyone is thinking of renting your condo, we highly recommend it.
