  It rained the whole time we were there except the last day, we still enjoyed our stay at the condo and plan on coming back at the end of July. Donna is a great lady to rent from, who was able to help with all of our needs. I hope it doesn`t rain this time. We are looking forward to July cant hardy wait. David & Elaine

  Donna, We hit the home run with your condo. We so enjoyed out stay....it was absolutely the perfect place for us during Ironman Florida and beyond! We had privacy, first floor access, and enjoyment of ducks, turtles, and local cats (who my wife befriended .....and made their morning and evening stops by the porch). During the Ironman my wife had access to the condo and could chart my progress and cheer me on (on the run) a few short steps to the road.....plus a short jump up the road to the glorious finish line. My wife is a beach person so the close proximity to the beach and pool were added bonuses. Your condo was tastefully decorated with all the amenities to enjoy as I was recovering yesterday. Most of all I enjoyed working with you to rent the condo and your kindness to me and my wife. She is a triathlete widow as I mentioned and this was huge to have a place she enjoyed while I was doing my thing. Thanks so very much we will be back! Ironman Florida Finisher 15:02:06

  My mother and I took my three kids down to the beach for one last trip before school starts. We had a wonderful time. Sugar Beach is just as beautiful as it was in the 70's and Donna's place is so nice. The condo is clean, well equipped and so relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was bright and airy. The kids would run around the lake while we sat and had our coffee. The pool was pleasant and not over-crowded. I can't wait to go back and would tell anyone to stop looking a book this condo now. Thank you Donna.

  We had the best vacation at Sugar Beach Condo. This Condo is very nice, very clean and beautiful decor! We loved this condo and we will be back for another vist! One of the best parts was to be able to park right outside the condo! No garage and long walks. Very short walk to beach and pool! The first floor condo was very quiet! The kids loved to walk right out the back patio and feed the fish and turtles. The condo had great security. We were close to everything! Would highly recommend this condo! Owner was a pleasure to work with!

  We just got back from the beach. The stay at this property was wonderful. The condo was just as Donna advertised. Of course, it was even more beautiful than pictures can show. Mostly families at this property. We never heard any loud music or anyone being "out of order". It was very relaxing and peaceful. Our kids stepped right out of the back patio every morning to feed the fish, ducks, turtles and other birds. It took about 4 minutes to walk to the beach, with chair and umbrella rentals right there! It was not too crowed either. We visited the Dunes Adventure Park, Ripley's believe it or not, go carts, mini-golf, pier park and Marine World (may not be correct name) It was a wonderful time for all. Thanks!

  I absolutely love this property . It was so clean and so Beautiful. The kitchen was stocked very well. The bedrooms were a sweet Surprise - the photos on line don't do justice for it. Donna was a joy to work with I felt like I knew her for years ! We will for sure stay again !

  had great family time at this adorable condo. very fresh and clean and newly decorated. so nice working with the owners. We could walk to food and attractions. I would recommend this property to friends Fun for all.

  We stayed for a week during spring break and loved this place. It is close to all the great sports in Panama City Beach. It was quiet and just calming to be there. It is close to the beach. No crossing of a busy street to get to the beach. My favorite part was in the mornings and having a cup of coffee out on the patio as the sun came up. There is a fountain in the lagoon outside the patio and the sound of the water falling outside is very relaxing. The owner has really done a good job on this unit. I will return to this condominium next time I return to the beach. You cannot go wrong staying here.....
