  My kids and I came to get away for a few days and it was just heavenly. We will definitely be back- the area is so easy to navigate and I love that most of the businesses are locally owned. We had the best time and have a new favorite spot. The condo is awesome- cool decor, well-maintained inside and out. It was an easy, fun time! We love it more than Daytona due to the fact that it's out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to. There is a lot to do here...which is why we want to come back.

  This condo is absolutely beautiful. Great view, peaceful and quiet, yet you can hear the waves and feel the ocean breeze. Very clean, very close to everything. Property manager was extremely nice and helpful. This is a great place to come and relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida coast. Plenty of room for families, or perfect for a getaway for individuals. Will definately be back for more!

  We had a wonderful time in this condo. Amy-Erin is very accommodating and helpful with any questions. The condo office makes check in and check out painless and is more than willing to help in any way. This condo is furnished with everything you could need. The state of the art kitchen appliances were new to us, and we enjoyed cooking with them. The access to a shed full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards helped us to pack lighter. We had a restful experience and hated to leave!

  I stayed in this beautiful condo with two of my best friends and we had a lovely time. The complex is awesome, with amazing landscaping. We spent mornings on the balcony, with gorgeous views of the sparkling pool and peaceful ocean. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, and we loved the high end appliances in the very modern and upscale kitchen. All the fresh linen and towels you'll ever need. Having two bathrooms is a plus for Girls Weekend, and they were clean and cute. The place was simply spotless! This complex is located on a great part of the beach - close to all the best restaurants and bars. We never even drove our car - we either walked or rode bicycles everywhere! We will stay here again and again! Thanks so much, Amy!

  This condo is in a great location. The pool and beach are beautiful. It's quiet but very close to shopping, restaurants and nearby attractions. The condo itself is well appointed and we found it very suitable for our family of 4. Watching the sun rise over the water from the balcony was a special treat! We'd definitely recommend this place.

  Me and my girlfriends had an amazing time this weekend! The condo was beautiful, very clean, quaint and I felt at home. The kitchen was very extraordinary, I was amazed how you could grille in the oven! It had top of the line appliances and I felt very pampered. The beds were very comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathrooms were very nice as well. My favorite part was the balcony and the view of the ocean, it was absolutely gorgeous! The pool and tennis course were very nice amenities and it was nice jumping in the pool after the beach. The shops were amazing and so were the restaurants, I loved walking on Flagler avenue! I would definitely recommend this place if you want a relaxing getaway, I am definitely going back!!!

  Our stay at this condo was perfect! The decor is amazing, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is off the chart awesome! The kitchen is fully loaded with every utensil you can imagine as well as toaster oven, toaster, blenders, mixers, steamers, crock pot, etc. Its a perfect spot to cook a nice meal for the family. The pictures do not do this place justice - it is simply gorgeous! The oceanfront view from the balcony was my hang out. It was great because I could easily see my children on the beach or in the pool from our balcony. The grounds are very well-kept and the property manager on site was wonderful. She was very helpful in orienting us to the area. The owner is an adorable local surfer and made sure she was in the loop to ensure we were accommodated. We have already booked for next year!!

  The Ocean Reef Villas was easy to find and close to everything we needed, especially the beach which was a very short walk from our unit. The unit was more spacious than the photos can show and provided a relaxing and comfortable environment. The kitchen was well stocked with eating and cooking utensils to make our stay more like home. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance and the night life on Flagler Ave was a bike ride away. We especially enjoyed dinner at The Garlic-well worth the wait.

  We had an awesome time on our vacation. The accommodations were excellent. The condo was beautiful and clean. The property is very well maintained. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The owner was readily available and did everything to make our stay great. The onsite property manager was excellent. She went out of her way to help with any situation. The property is close enough to Orlando, Cape Canaveral and the surrounding major cities for day trips. There are stores conveniently located for groceries, etc. The beach was very clean. I felt very safe.

  We have stayed at this condo twice now and find it very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and a great, quiet location. My husband and I and friends love the Ocean, watching the sunrise and relaxing by the pool. There are several good restaurants close by and we enjoy trying new restaurants each time we visit. We love the beach tourist atmosphere, just what we were looking for. The owner is charming and helpful too. We will be back again.
