This architect designed beautiful, custom home with over 5000 Sq.ft of living space plus over 1500 sq.ft of deck and tiled patio will provide room for activities and privacy for all guests.
You will step into a foyer with dramatic curved staircase that leads into the great room. Soaring ceilings, large picture windows with Blue Ridge Mountain Vistas, wood burning fireplace, HD TV and a wet bar are part of the great room.
Enjoy your drinks in this area with friends and family watching the constant changes in the mountain vista and with music from a centralized sterio system.
The great room leads into a large deck, with a private hot tub, that overlooks the garden with a pond and waterfall. A gas grill on this deck will help you to enjoy out door cooking.
This main floor has a fully equipped kichen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. All necessary kitchen tools are provided.
The formal dining room with great views and a breakfast area offers room for all to dine.
Master bedroom with king size bed, large walk in closet, double vanities, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower with multi heads are yours to enjoy.
The study has a Daybed and a trundle bed. A desk with a printer for your use.
A laundry room and a half bath are also in this floor.
The second floor has two master suites, one with King size bed and the other with two queen beds. Both open to a balcony with mountain views and garden. Both have attached baths and walk in closets.
The lower level has a bedroom with queen bed and another room with two twin beds. A full bath serves these two rooms.
A large entertainment area with a large TV, Mahogany Gas fire place, wet bar will provide ample space for families and friends to relax.
A full kitchen at this level allows the guests at this floor have refreshments and coffee without walking up.
This floor leads into a covered tiled patio where you can relax, room for children to run around with a view of water fall and pond.
A two car garage and parking pad will provide enough room for your cars.
Mountain View Manor is located within the security gates of Rumbling Bald resort with access to all the resort amenities such as two championship golf courses, white sandy beach on the lake, one indoor pool, three outdoor pools, lazy river, spa, Gym, play grounds, casual and fine dining restaurants.
You can rent canoes, pontoon boats or other water crafts to enjoy the lake. Within a short drive, you can experience the other mountain activities like rock climbing. tubing, horse back riding and zip line.

I stayed at this property with three other families and we found it exceptionally comfortable, luxurious and well-furnished. I would highly recommend this beautiful property to any group.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

This place is spectacular! My family and I stayed here over Thanksgiving and absolutely loved it! Lake Lure is beautiful and this house is amazing! The rooms are comfortable and spacious and all appliances are very up to date. We have had trouble in the past with not having enough pots, pans, dishes and kitchen utensils, but this house is very well stocked. The view from the back and hot tub is gorgeous! I can only say positive things about this place! We definitely want to rent it again! :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

About the owner: We built this home to enjoy our golden years and share it with family and friends. We selected Lake Lure and Rumbling Bald Resort for the beauty of the mountains and Lake Lure. After enjoying our home and community for few years, we have moved to be near family because the lure of grand children was irressitble. We hope that you will enjoy this home as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Lake Lure:
Lake Lure is within driving distance for nearly one third of the US population, form midwest, south east and east coast. This factored into our decision to build here. We always loved the mountains. When we saw Lake Lure and Blue Ridge Mountains, we did not have to look any further. Lake Lure has been named by National Geographic as one of the ten best man made lakes in the world.
