This three-bedroom home is located directly across the street from the white sandy beaches of Fort Morgan. The home has a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the large front deck and has easy beach access within 25 yards.

The home is an open layout with vaulted ceilings in the great room and has approximately 1500 square feet. French doors on the front of the home open to the front deck and have Gulf views. The large eat-in kitchen is ideal for families and seats six at the dining table and three at the bar. There is a high chair, "Pack and Play", and bedrail for small children.

The master bedroom has a king bed with private bath and french doors opening to the front deck. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with an extra twin. The living room sofa is a sleeper.

This home is located in a residential, non-commercial area directly adjacent to the Morgantown sub-division. The beach is secluded and low density with minimal public usage. Shopping, restaurants, golf, nature areas, fishing charters, and historic areas all with in a 20-minute drive. Retail outlet shopping is in nearby Foley.
