This direct gulf front town home is located in Gulf Shores Townhomes, a small quiet complex of only 8 townhomes, in Indian Shores, one of the loveliest white sandy beaches in Florida, centrally located only 30 minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando (home of Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios).

This beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable townhome offers you a beach house with class.
The upstairs bedrooms are extremely large and even have walk in closets.
Off the living room you have a balcony overlooking the Gulf, with a private staircase that leads directly to the beach side pool and where you can refresh yourself with a dip, or just relax on the large pool deck, with a good book or your favorite drink, as you feel the fresh gulf breezes.
The ground level has a two-car carport with an extra covered private patio space that goes directly to the large beach level pool and deck, with a spray shower.
Indian Shores is a beautiful and charming beach community with quaint little shops and great local restaurants. We have great restaurants close by- upscale or casual- chains like Bubba Gump's Shrimp or great local mom and pop places. (Here is a local's tip- taste the best grouper sandwiches at Dockside Dave's, a locally run little place). It's close to all kinds of activities and culture. For the activity minded there is shopping, shelling, jet ski's, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, boating, dinner and gambling cruises, and much more within minutes. You can even visit Winter, the famous dolphin from the movie, Dolphin Tale, since the Clearwater Aquarium is only minutes away. There are also other terrific museums, like the famous Dali museum, professional sports, and spring training field are also nearby. You will have lots of choices... live theatre or movies, regular gold or miniature golf, para-sailing or sailing, visiting fish in an aquarium or going out on a fishing boat. Taking long peaceful walks on the beach or sitting and enjoying spectacular sunsets with the white sand between your toes.

This was our first stay in this area. Every year my daughter, and my grandchildren and I go on a trip for spring break. We have gone to the East Coast of Florida most often and we love it there, but this year we decided to look at the Gulf Coast, and we are so glad that we did! We had a wonderful time! We swam in the pool and gulf. We walked the beach. We played with the jai-lai like game on the beach. We built a sandcastle and my grandson bought a used boogie board which we left for others to use. We had a Connect Four tournament which was also a lot of fun. Our only question was, ‘with such a lovely home, how can you stand not living here all of the time?’Did you find this review helpful?
