  We enjoyed our time in Panama City Beach. The beach was beautiful and the condo was even better. We really appreciate that the basic essentials were provided. The keyless entry was also very nice. Kris was great to work with as well. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone considering Panama City Beach for their vacation.

  property was very well kept and was well supplied. if you forgot a household item that you need, there is a good chance the owners have already thought of it and have it in the condo already. view was beautiful from balcony and area had a lot of activities to choose from very close by. will definately stay here again, but longer next time.

  The entire trip, from arrival to departure, was fantastic. This was our 2nd wedding, and it was all that we had imagined. Romantic, fun, comfortable, exciting are just a few ways to describe our experience. The owner, Kris, was more than accomodating, and exhibited the southern hospitality that you would want to make booking easy. The condo was elegantly decorated and the beach was beautiful. We will be back!

  There were 4 of us, my husband, myself, and our two kids, ages 7 & 9. The beds are super comfortable with pillow top mattress pads, my 9 yr old said the "hotel" bed was more comfortable than his own! The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. The sand toys, beach umbrella, and beach chairs were great to use everyday! Plus a large collection of DVD's to watch at night or on a too cool of a morning for the beach. Laundry detergent, coffee and creamer, salt and pepper, trash bags, paper towels and plates, already there, no need to bring or buy when you get there. Welcomed by a nice card and chocolates, such a personal touch. Felt like we were at our home away from home. Ocean Reef isn't the biggest condo on the beach, therefore not overcrowded. We had room to play in the pool, lots of room on the beach in front of the condo to play and stretch out, and didn't have to wait on or be squished in an elevator. Kris has been great to rent from. Easy to get in touch with and promptly returned my deposit. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home away from home, it was GREAT!

  I recently had the opportunity to vacation in PCB. My friend and I stayed at this particular condo (Unit 413241) and I cannot say enough good things about our stay there. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It was conveniently located to a grocery store (in case you ran out of coffee) and the BEACH! Take the elevator down and there you are on the BEACH! There were also several little restaurants which were recommended by the owners (and of course we tried them out) which had the best food. Since we were just two girls there trying to relax, we didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well furnished if you wanted to cook. There was plenty for the kids to do should you have kids with you. In fact, I am looking forward to going back with my grandchildren and hope to be able to stay there again. I loved it and can’t wait to go back. I would recommend staying here to just about anyone at any age.

  The property is as good as advertised. If your looking to take a vacation and are interested in convenience, look no further than 413241. Covered parking right by the elevator was a big plus, especially during grocery time. We had no shortage of towels. The beds and pillows were comfy. The kitchen had everything you need for some decent cooking. The best part, your on the beach! No crossing streets. Just step off the elevator, walk 35 steps, and look down...sand. Easy access to all the fun places for children and adults (shipwreck island,go-karts, bungie chair). My family and I loved it! Special thanks to the owners. They had gourmet chocolates on the counter when we arrived and a personal "Welcome" card. It was a special time for us that we'll always remember. Thanks again.

  Our family had a great time at our stay here. The condo made us feel right at home and welcome! We have teenagers as well as 8 year old and there is plenty for all to do. The location of the condo is very convenient to many fun things to do.. waterpark, mini golf, go karts, restaurants, etc. Whether you want to take it easy and eat out or if you would rather just enjoy a relaxing evening and cook, bbq it is fully equipped with everthing to make your stay wonderful. Our family enjoyed the waterpark as well as Wonderworks which is about a 10 min trip down the beach parkway, can't miss it, it's an upside down building! The beach is beautiful and right out the door, great veiw from the balcony off the master suite or the family room. I would highly recommend this property to families with any age children, When it is time to take a break from the sun & sand, there are plenty of movies provided to have a relaxing time to wind down. So don't waste another minute!!

  We are not ones to write a lot of reviews but we just have to say a few words about our stay here. This condo was fantastic. The location was perfect. It's right on the beach so there is no need to cross the street. Shortest walk to the beach I've ever had. If your gang is into putt putt golf there is a huge course across the street with a go cart track. Your about five minutes from the Pier Park Mall. This mall has everything from local shops and restaurants, Dillard's, Nike, American Eagle, IMAX theater, you name it. Your about five minutes from Shipwreck Island Water Park. You can get to Hwy 98 easily (which has plenty of shops and restaurants) by taking Nautilus street which is diagonally across from the condo. If you love canoeing you have to check out Econfina creek. It's about 45 minutes away but it is an easy drive and well worth it. You have a perfect view of the beach from the balcony. The balcony is huge and has a dining table and chairs that sit four to enjoy your meal while looking over the ocean. It also has a lounge chair and two cushion chairs to sit back and relax. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom has a king size bed, big flat screen TV and a great view of the ocean. It has a master bath with double sinks. The other bedroom has a large bed, flat screen TV and adjacent bathroom that is very spacious. The living room has that great view also and a sleeper sofa with a large flat screen TV. It has a great dining table that sits six easily. We played many board games on that table. The kitchen is open with granite counter tops and a large snack bar with plent of chairs. It has all your kitchen gadgets, dish washer, utensils, etc. It has a utillity room with a washer and dryer combo. If your a couple or family with young kids or teenagers this is an excellent place to stay. The best beach vacation we've ever had. Hope to return in the near future!!!!
