Seagrass is a very spacious three bedroom, three bathroom townhouse with study located in Dover. It's a short walk to Dover Beach and the popular St. Lawrence Gap, the restaurant and entertainment hub of the island. Newly furnished in a tropical style with bright colours this house has a great ambience. Downstairs houses the living room with 41 inch Sony TV, cable, DVD, and study with full bathroom. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer. The dining area is just off the kitchen near to the covered patio. Upstairs has the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private patio plus two large guest bedrooms that share a bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned, have ceiling fans and ample closet space. Free Wireless internet. The covered patio has a six seater dining table just ideal for taking your meals alfresco. A short walk and you are in St. Lawrence Gap and all amenities such as banks, a grocery store, shops, restaurants and night clubs offering live local entertainment.
Dover is a lovely quiet neighbourhood. At the end of the street there is a small secluded beach called Rainbow Beach to watch the sunsets or surf. Turn left and you come to Maxwell Beach for body surfing and long walks. Turn right and within one block you find lovely Dover Beach, offering beach chair and umbrella rentals, watersports and kiosks selling local food and drink. All these beach choices within 5 minutes walk!
Shop for souvenirs and clothing in The Gap - just 4 blocks away. At night The Gap comes alive, offering live local entertainment from Jazz to Reggae and more, a myriad of restaurants both casual and fine dining. Tennis is available at 2 resorts in the neighbourhood. Golf within 3 miles. Public transport is readily available as well as taxis.

Beautiful property, the photos are an understatement. Traveling with three young couples, privacy was a major concern. Not an issue on this property the townhouse floorplan (upstairs/downstairs) was perfect. Everyone loved the covered patio I can't remember dining inside ever. The bedrooms were very clean and spacious. The cathedral ceilings and decor were a plus. Modern kitchen with all the appliances were accustomed to back home. No need for AC downstairs nice cool breeze. We kept gates locked and left the doors wide open. Everything is in walking distance: shops, car rental, beaches, u name it. Close enough to walk and enjoy nightlife in the Gap. But far enough to not be disturbed on nights we wanted to stay in. I would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation. Orissa from Rex Realty was a big help. Thank you Orissa and Ms. Masson for allowing us to stay here during my vacation. Be sure to enjoy a lunch cruise on a catamaran I use Tiami every year and it gets better every time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We’ve been vacationing in Barbados for over 10 years now and this was the best experience yet. The minute I walked into Sea Grass I knew I had arrived at a very special place – a place to call our own! It is very well appointed, beautifully decorated - in such a comfortable calming way. The location is fabulous. The biggest decisions of the day is which of the three beautiful beaches (within easy walking distance) to choose for a morning swim or to end the day watching the sunset. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and relaxed, with conveniences such as the local farmer selling his produce on the side of the road, to the convenience grocer and one of the best Bajan cooking take aways! Seagrass + Dover make for a perfect Barbados getaway!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Imagine being a 3 minute walk from seeing breathtaking sunrises and sunsets at the beach… Imagine being 2 street blocks from tennis courts and a coffee shop… Imagine having a grocery store with a nice selection of wines and liquor at the street corner, as well as buying fresh fruits and vegetables daily from vendors just down the street… Imagine being this close to all this and so much more, while residing in a beautiful cozy 3-bedroom townhouse with a large kitchen, comfortable living room with flatscreen TV, covered patio to enjoy outdoor meals… After having spent one week in Seagrass, I quickly realized that all this was very much possible, and I simply cannot wait to escape there again! It’s the perfect Barbadian vacation solution for families or friends. I would not hesitate one instant to recommend this property. The pictures definitely do accurately reflect the property's appeal... all that's missing are pictures of you thoroughly enjoying Seagrass and everything near it! Catch a game at Bert's, enjoy the catch of the day at Annie's Grill, go to the horse races, shop along the boardwalk, enjoy the night life... then return to the comforts of Seagrass. It doesn't get any better than this!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
