This was the perfect home for our family of 11 (grandkids ages 5yr to 16yrs.) There is plenty of space with 5 bedrooms and each family had their own bath..The house was exactly as described. We all loved the heated pool and fishing dock. The house was very clean and Georgia was very helpful. We had to call her a couple of times with questions, and she was great...We visited Busch Gardens, Disney, the Dolphin tale marina and of course beaches...We highly recommend this house for your vacation.

We stayed at the home with 11 people. Everyone fit very comfortably (6 adults and 5 children). The pictures are so accurate, it was such a relief! Georgia was very welcoming and accommodating. We appreciated the cleanliness, all of the linens, blankets and pool supplies. The decor is also amazing, she has great taste in decorating. We also loved the restaurant binder she had. Our favorites were the pool and view. We loved to sit on the porch at night that overlooked the bay, such beautiful sunsets! We had planned to do lots more sightseeing in Tampa, but only ventured out about 3 days, the rest of the time we enjoyed the home. We look forward to another stay in the future!

Great get-away by the sea

My family and I had a wonderful vacation in Tarpon Springs. This house was everything we expected and more. The view of the ocean, both day and night, was amazing. We even saw a shark fin in the distance on the last day. My 2-year old loved every minute he spent in the large heated pool and my husband and father enjoyed fishing off the dock. The numerous bedrooms allowed all 10 of us to have a very comfortable vacation with all the amenities of home.

I had my wedding here last weekend and let me tell you, THIS is the perfect place to host a small, intimate family affair! From the second I walked through the front door on my evening arrival and seeing the water and white lights on the deck railing, my expectations were exceeded. (the entire livingroom glass wall slides to blend indoor and outdoor seamlessly) I was floored how well stocked the home was and how each detail was cared for. From endless closets stocked with bath and pool towels, to every single kind of vase, pan, knife, and platter that guests can use to entertain. Georgia was gracious and helpful answering questions every step of the way. We had not rented through vrbo before so we had LOTS of questions! We consider Georgia part of our family now because she also presided over our wedding since she is also a notary. Thanks to Georgia and making her home available to guests, we created such amazing wedding memories here for ourselves and for each of our wedding guests. Don't bother to overpack - the house has it ALL! The only downside... we didn't want to leave. Our guests staying in the house ranged in age from 15 to 86 and all of us were very comfortable with plenty to see and do and easy to get around.

An absolutely stunning home! The house was in perfect condition and very clean! The view for the porch is so beautiful, great to capture the sunset! We could not have been more pleased! We truly hope to visit again!!!!

Fantastic Trip

I was a little concerned because things just seemed too perfect with this property. All I can say is that while many things are "too good to be true" this was not the case here. The home is fantastic - well kept, fully stocked with anything you might need, and in a wonderful location. The views are incredible. On our last day, we had a dolphin swimming maybe 15 feet off the dock. A truly relaxing vacation and a great place. Georgia was great and obviously takes pride in the property. We will repeat.

Great vacation home. Beautiful views, anytime of day, but especially the sunsets. Great location for getting to Tarpon Springs, but also for traveling along the coast or into Tampa.

An "incredible" rental home !

WOW ! That is what everyone says as they walk in the front door.......WOW ! My wife and I have rented in the Tarpon Springs area for the past 7 years -- and this is by far the nicest home we have ever rented. It is very spacious.......beautifully decorated.......and the views of the Gulf of Mexico are just INCREDIBLE ! If you want to "live like a millionaire" -- rent this house ! Georgia (owner) -- is not only easy to work with -- but lives nearby so anything that needs attention -- is taken care of immediately. We will return.......again and again.

Great house with amazing views

Several families rented the house over the New Year and had a great time. The house is beautiful and Georgia has thought of every convenience, big or small. The kids especially loved the open garage area and the pool. The house is on a nice quiet cul-de-sac, but it is easy to drive to the beach or downtown Tarpon. We were able to relax with an amazing view of the sunset and many wonderful birds. Finally, I must mention that Georgia is incredibly easy to deal with. Would definitely love to return or recommend to others.

My family and I arrived on 12/16, Georgia was extremely helpful telling us of sights, restaurants and activities we might be interested in. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays and made us feel so festive. Beside the holiday decor, the house itself was beautiful, neat, very clean and had a really homey feeling. The view of the water was breathtaking. We only stayed for 10 days and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back. So much more enjoyable than any hotel we have ever been to. I recommend it highly to anyone looking to get away

Beautiful Vacation Home

We gathered for a family reunion in this lovely home. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, and we couldn't spend as much time outside as we would have liked. However, the time that we did spend by the pool and out at the dock was wonderful. We saw dolphins, a stingray, a hammerhead shark, and we caught 2 blue crabs. The view was amazing and so were the sunsets. The house is on a cul de sac in an area of similar homes and convenient for touring. Georgia was wonderful and very helpful, we would definitely return.

Absolutely Amazing

My family and I spent the week of August 4th at this lovely home. Adults, young adults, and children we all enjoyed our stay. As I pulled up to the home my first reaction was a deep sigh. It is absolutely lovely. 3 Stories, 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, 4 full baths, a 2nd floor balcony from one end of the home to the other which faces West with a direct view of the Gulf and evening sunsets. (amazing) The owner Georgia was so welcoming and didn't get a bit bothered any time I called or emailed to ask a question prior to our arrival. The fact of the matter is, this house has everything you need. Pots, pans, utensils, silverware, BBQ with propane provided and BBQ utensils. Need extra sleeping space, there are inflatable beds. There are floats, and pool games, fishing rods, and fish traps. This house is appointed as if they moved out yesterday. Ok back to the house. Being the patriarch of the family, I was appointed the master bedroom. If the rest of the house didn't take your breath away, this bedroom will. King bed, sofa, love seat, table with 2 stools, fireplace, large screen tv a beautiful bathroom with double shower which fits about 8 adults and, third floor balcony facing the Ocean...Wow. Oh did I mention a refrigerator in one of the closets. Yep, no need to go downstairs for a midnight snack or cocktail. It's all there. The house has Wifi so bring your laptop or Ipad or just use the computer in the house yes there one there too. All of the bedrooms are beautifully appointed and I can go on and on about this place. The owner is so amazing, so helpful and full of good Tarpon Springs do's and do's. After all, she is a native. Lastly I will say, YOU WILL BE AMAZED AND HAVE A WONDERFUL STAY IN THIS BEAUTIFUL HOME. From the kitchen to the bedrooms, to the living room, to the POOL (oh did I not mention the pool) yes there is a beautiful very clean pool at the back of the property just before you walk out onto the 75 foot pier to go fishing. Not one of those little pools you find in rental houses near Disney, a nice big pool. Oh, the stereo system sounds outside with speakers on the 2nd floor balcony and pool as well with umpteen amount of music channels streaming 24/7 and cable TV. We had such a wonderful time and am sure that you will too. Feel free to email me if you have any questions. I travel extensively and do not religiously check my personal email but I promise to respond to any questions you may have.

Spectacular Vacation Home!

This beautiful home is perfect for a relaxing and fun filled vacation. The house is so lovely and spacious. Having both the pool and the dock was terrific for both the adults and the kids. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and seeing rays, dolphins and even a small hammerhead shark. The view and sunsets were amazing and the location is great for day trips. Late afternoon with a book and a glass of wine on the balcony was just perfect! Georgia was delightful and extremely helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. It is a short drive to Clearwater Beach and incredible Greek food is just a few minutes away. We even rented a boat for a day to head out to Anclote Key. This was a fantastic place to vacation. We will most certainly be back!

Perfect Vacation Home

Everything about this house is perfect: the pool, the dock, the kitchen....all of it. You can stand on the dock and almost touch the dolphins. We saw them in the morning and afternoon most days. The neighborhood is beautfiul and a nice area for walkers or joggers. I can't think of anything I didn't love about the place. Georgia is great to work with and very helpful and honest. We're hoping to go back as soon as possible.

Everything about this house is perfect and absolutly beautiful. The sunset views from the balcony are breath taking. The home decor is very tasteful and everything is furnished in the home. We had a huge bar-b-q and the kitchen provided us with everything we needed. The 75 foot pier was perfect for fishing and the pool was very relaxing. We had an amazing time and it was absolutely magical. We will most definitely stay in your home again.

Wedding place to stay for 10 adults

This house is breathtaking!! We had 10 adults (bride & groom), both sets of parents, and both brothers with their fiance's staying during the wedding which was held saturday at Shephards Beach. We could have easily had the wedding here at the house in the beautiful yard by the pool with the sun setting in the background. Everyone enjoyed fishing from the dock and crabbing as well. It is literally a few minutes drive to the beach as well to Howards Park. The kitchen is completely gourmet and we cooked most meals there instead of going and finding restaurants and had absolutely no problems finding enough pots, pans and dinnerware. The beds are queen except for the master which was a king and huge!! The balconies were the best places to sit and just enjoy the view and of course have a few beers and cocktails. I would easily come here again and stay with just a few friends for a relaxing time away from home. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

We spent a week at the home and it was the most peaceful and relaxing time we have ever had. Looking at the Gulf of Mexico as the Sun comes down is "A Sight To Sea". The home is amazing. You can see water from every room and window. We have already reserved an additional week here in October. Would recommend this home to all!

We stayed for 2 weeks. The sunsets ,fishing,swimming pool. You have everything you need do not have to leave to have fun. But if you do the sponge dock in Tarpon are close by with great places to eat. Theres shopping near by we had lots of fun. THIS WAS BEST VACTION EVER.
