The property is furnished and includes typical home furnishing necessary for rental property including (but not limited to): water & electric utilities, beds, couches, tables, chairs, outdoor furniture, TVs with cable, internet (wireless), phones (local calls only), dining table, washer/dryer, dish washer, ovens, cooking top, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, cookware, silverware, towels, linens, dock with 2 jet ski ramps, and some cleaning items. (More information upon request). Please bring your own cleaning, washing, and personal hygiene supplies to enjoy your stay.
*3 bedrooms - all facing water with connected balconies overlooking lake. Includes bathrooms for all bedrooms (one with Jacuzzi tub); Split Level house with master up and 2 guestrooms down.
The property is equipped with jet ski ramps for your convenience. The outdoor is complete with large oak trees, patio furniture and grill.
Play in the water by day and kick back on the the patios in the evenings and relax. Lake LBJ is a constant level lake so you can always enjoy boating, skiing, wakeboarding, tubing and fishing. There are public golf courses nearby, Legends on LBJ in Kingsland and Delaware Springs in Burnet. This rental does not give any access to Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities. Boats and wave runners can be rented at nearby marina.

My husband, daughter and I spent the weekend at this fabulous house. It is tastefully decorated and has everything you could possible need for your stay. We especially enjoyed the back patio and sun deck area. The pool area is great as well, but the water was still a little too cold. We will be back in 2 weeks and are looking forward to our stay. There is also a great game room for the teenagers to hang out in.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Our entire family had a great time at this beautiful home! We recently stayed at this property and the owners were amazing and accomodating. They had everything you could possibly need to entertain teenagers and children. If you have children, this is the house for you! It was furnished so lovely yet kid-friendly. It was comfortable, clean and spacious. The pool was a little cold since it doesn't get much sun but we spent our time on the lake anyway. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here. We are already planning our next trip back.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
