This is a great property for a couple and a dog!! We had a wonderful time for our anniversary of meeting in the area and wanted to take our dog with us and this little bungalow was Perfect for us!! The property is literally 10 steps to the beach,and there are many nice appointments in this cottage. We stay at ocean front property regularly and we would go back here. The beach was not crowded and the weather was beautiful. Our Golden practically had free reign of the beach! The owners have many items to use in case you forget things; we are accustomed to bringing everything, but there was not need for charcoal, extra towels, even dog shampoo and bug spray! A very nice place we recommend if you want to be right on the beach with a perfect view!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

This house is great!! Everything you need to enjoy the beach and it is right there outside the back door. This was one of the most relaxing short vacations I have ever had. St. Augustine is close for a short visit, but you won't want to leave this beach house. Gorgeous Sunrises await you along with cocktails and sunsets on the rooftop deck. Try Puccini's Pizzeria if you do not feel like cooking and you want to stay on the beach they deliver and the food is great. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

My new bride and I stayed here on our honeymoon with our two black labs. This beach house is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and you can't get more oceanfront than this place!! The location is ideal for day trips to St. Augustine or Ponte Vedra Beach, but you are away from the business of being downtown. The owners are very easy to deal with, the home is clean and well-appointed, and there is plenty of room for everyone...including the dogs!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and can't wait to come back again!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

If you are looking for a beach vacation away from the crowds, this location can't be beat. A cute and cozy traditional beach house with good access and lots of privacy. The house is small, but updated with lots of unexpected special supplies provided by the owner. The beach was good for walking, skimboarding,and boogie boarding and is 6 miles from St. Augustine when you want to do sightseeing.
