Unit 10204 at the Kona Coast Resort is a luxury condo adjacent to the 14th fairway of the Kona Country Club's Ocean Course with an expansive view of the beautiful blue waters of the South Pacific. This spacious 1-Bedroom / 1-Bath condo (about 1350 sq feet including the lanai) is located in building 10, the highest point at the resort which makes for a wonderful panoramic view.
There are ocean views from the living room, dining room and kitchen. One of our guests wrote in our condo book that the sunset from this condo "the best sunset view in town".
This condo is AIR-CONDITIONED and is filled with many extras: down pillows, quality linens, 18/8 stainless, beautiful dinnerware, area art, gleaming wood floors, a CD player in the living room and bedroom, a powerful showerhead and an extensive video collection.
This resort is situated less than a 10 minute drive from the main shopping / restaurant district of Kailua Kona and a short walk to Keauhou Shopping Center, Keauhou Bay (with snorkeling boating activities starting there) and a great snorkeling beach. The resort is unique since part of it is a time share with many amenities and planned activities. There is a RESTAURANT / BAR at the main pool and there are weekly parties with complimentary food and drink.
There are many activities close by (see below). The entire area is manicured with incredible views wherever you look. Keauhou Shopping Center, a short walk away, offers a number of restaurants including Drysdale's II, Thai, Mexican**, fancy Japanese, a pizza shop, fancy Italian, a Crepe shop**, Subway, plus a coffee/ internet cafe. You'll also find several nice gift and clothing shops, 7 movie theatres, and a nice grocery store. There is a shuttle that stops across the street from the complex that can take you down Alii Drive to the shopping /restaurant district (about 10 minutes).

The living room of the condo is furnished with a sleeper-sofa, a TV with cable and VCR, a stereo with CD player and a video collection of more than 120 "favorite" movies (we took a poll). The kitchen of unit 10204 at the Kona Coast Resort is stocked with everything you may need. The oven is full sized, as are the washer and dryer (which are discreetly tucked away in a closet).
The bedroom is spacious and very comfortable. It features a king sized pillow-top bed with a comfy down comforter and pillows, as well as 270 count sheets. The bedroom has a fresh floral decor and a nice sized dresser and closet space. There is a TV and a VCR in the bedroom.(The bedroom furniture has been updated since the photo was taken). The recently remodeled bathroom is roomy and bright. There are dual sinks, a walk-in shower (with a powerful showerhead) and a separate bath. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience along with quality towels.
You can't go wrong with this luxury condo in Kona Coast Resort at Keauhou Gardens. It is the start of one fabulous vacation.
