Custom Ski Lodge overlooking Heavenly Valley Ski Resort with ski lift and mountain views. This property sleeps 18 comfortably with two Master Bedrooms with King size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each has their own private surround sound flat screen entertainment centers. Two additional private bedrooms with queen size beds and flat screen TV's. A loft with a queen size bed and 8 customer adutl size bunk beds. These can actually sleep a couple of adults but are only counted as one person in the 18 total. House has ski and mountain views as does living room, dining room and spa room. Outside deck for summer pleasure. Spa room has indoor jacuzzin, 2 flat screen tv's and tabletop shuffleboard. Living room has lots of seating and has wet bar with built-in drink refrig and icemaker. There is radiant baseboard or in-floor heating throughout. House has southern Exposure for pleasant early morning sun and keeping house very temperate, winter or summer. Just a few minutes from skiing, hiking, biking or a short drive to Stateline Casinos. Lake Tahoe can be seen from the end of Jack Dr and is only 5 minutes drive from house. House has been remodeled only a few years ago and has all updated flooring, counter tops and bathrooms. furnishings are all customer and very comfortable. This was previously owner's permanent residence.
This house will accomodate 2 or three families.

Purchased in Lake Tahoe due to the diversity of summer and winter activities. Unlimited amount of recreational activities in and around the property. We cannot think of another destination resort area that has more to offer.
