Endless Summer, 4B/3B is literally “over the water” in Marsh Harbour's prestigious Eastern Shores. Eastern Shores is part of the mainland and is an upscale residential only peninsula perfect for boat and water enthusiasts as your boat is in your back yard. Endless Summer includes a 90-ft dock and adjacent outdoor deck perfect for sunning and barbecues or stargazing. Caretaker can arrange water and electric for normal marina rates. With 200' of Sea of Abaco waterfront, every room in the house has a view!
The home is three-story and the entrance floor offers two large bedrooms with a large shared bath. For your convenience, there is a laundry room on this level. Stairs lead to a living room surrounded by a stunning wall of glass capturing all the water views. Step out onto your screened Bahamas room or relax in your comfortable living room while watching your gigantic flat screen TV. The top floor is split plan masters (King / Queen) with ensuite baths. Spiral stairs lead to an open loft set up as an office just in case you have to work while on vacation, and some guests have utilized the open room for blow-up beds if the children don’t want to share the queens (still 8 max in house). The waterfront gazebo and barbeque patio are perfect for outdoor fun Small dogs are considered for an extra $300 per week + $500 refundable deposit. A small fenced in enclosure is perfect for a play yard for dog.
You overlook the sunset and islands at this peaceful retreat but a short boat ride takes you to nearby island settlements like Man-O-War, Hope Town, Guana Cay and all the underwater sea parks. Rent a car and you can enjoy the shopping and dining of Marsh Harbour as well as road trips to Cherokee Sound fishing village, Little Harbour artists’ colony, Treasure Cay for golf and numerous bonefish camps and settlements.
Great sea breezes but owner includes central air and ceiling fans throughout, along with a 65' dock and a boat lift..
