This beautiful condo's open floor plan provides stunning beach and Gulf views from practically every room. This unit is beach front/ocean front and the view is as good as it gets.
Just renovated in 2012 with new cork flooring, new cabinets, granite counter tops, new paint, linens and furniture. New furniture includes a cozy couch (which includes a queen sleeper with new mattress) - open the patio doors, feel the gulf breeze and you can sink right into a nap on the beach!
The kitchen has just been beautifully remodeled and contains everything you will need for your stay - from a dishwasher and ice maker, to dishes, cookware, coffee maker and blender.
The bedroom also has an oceanfront view and also opens to the beautiful beachfront balcony. It has a comfy king size bed, two dressers and two large closets - plenty of room to stay a while! There is also a master bath with dual sinks and the shower includes a sprayer to wash off after some fun at the beach!
The beachfront covered patio provides additional living space and allows you to enjoy the Florida lifestyle, with 2 lounging chairs and a dining table with 2 chairs.
Other features include a washer and dryer, AC & heating system.

The Nautilus offers a heated swimming pool, BBQ area and private beach access. The on-site management and maintenance is top-notch.
The location of this unit is absolutely ideal and places you feeling like you are sitting on the beach with not a single obstruction. A walk out the door and one flight of stairs takes you to the pool and the walkway to the beach. Located in the heart of Okaloosa Island, this condo is close to shopping and fantastic restaurants.
Do NOT be fooled by those advertising their units as beachfront, when in actuality, they are on the side of the building with just an ocean view, or have an obstruction to the view - such as a pool or parking. This unit is ocean and beach front, on the second floor of the building which is above the dunes and is practically sitting on the beach. There is nothing obstructing your view here...It's perfect!

This was our first time to Okaloosa Island........but not our last!....... From the minute we walked into your condo we knew it was going to be a great week! The view of the beach is breathtaking! We were very impressed by how clean and updated your condo was. The access to the pool and beach was very easy. We were out on the beach each day by 7:30 with our complimentary chairs and umbrella set up for us. We have stayed in condos in the past where the beach service wasn't quite so efficient. The beach service guy was setting up by 6:30 each morning. Being the beach lover's we are, we took advantage of it each day! It never was crowded and was more family oriented. Checking into our condo was fast and the staff was very friendly.The property grounds were well maintained. I'm glad we chose to stay in your condo at the Nautilus!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo was great everything you need in the kitchen and very clean. The view from the balcony picture perfect. Very easy beach access, out the door, down 1 flight of stairs (or use the elevator) and your at the pool or the beach access boardwalk. Would definitely rent this condo again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed at #1202 at the Nautilus for a week. What an enjoyable stay! The moment we walked into the condo it smelled brand new, was very welcoming and clean. The view is the best feature as you can look out the windows or be on the balcony and there is nothing between you and the ocean, it is as if you are sitting on the beach, it is awe-inspiring. The condo appears to have been recently updated and it is very nicely done. The kitchen is a cook's dream as it is very well equipped as well as new cabinets, appliances and granite countertops. The living/dining area is attractive and looks out onto the balcony. The bedroom is a nice size with large closets and has a very comfortable bed with a cozy comforter that makes you just want to snuggle up to it. It has a master bath and a half bath off the living area which is very nice to have, especially if you have someone using the pull out couch. The location is fantastic - you can just walk out to the beach and enjoy a relaxing day on the sugar white sand or get exercise by walking either direction on the beach. The green of the ocean against the blue sky and white clouds and beach is breath-taking. There is an onsite manager and they are very accommodating; the area is quiet and relaxing. We have stayed in the Destin area before and really did not take advantage of the Fort Walton Beach area. But this time we really enjoyed all of the great local restaurants, the charming little downtown area, and it is so close to other attractions. A drive along the beach to Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach is as close to beautiful scenic perfection as you can get; and a visit to Baytowne Wharf is a must. We will definitely be back to this condo and are looking forward to exploring more of the area!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: My brother, sister and I own the property. It has been in our family since the 90's. We all live in different corners of the US, but we love coming to Fort Walton Beach. It has retained a special place in our hearts.

Our family has owned condos at the Nautilus for over 2 decades and we have been coming here for most of our lives. It has the most beautiful beaches and ocean water in the United States. The rates are fabulous for vacation renters and the on-site management and maintenance is top notch.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The location of unit #1202 is absolutely the best. The view is ideal - it feels like you are literally sitting on the beautiful powder white sands, staring at the turquoise waters. A step right outside the front door leads you down just one flight of stairs directly to the pool, and just around the corner to the beach walkway. You can't get much closer or a better view than this. It is literally just steps out the door.
The pool is crystal clear and heated, making it perfect for a morning, afternoon, or evening swim.
The grilling area is very nice with two charcoal grills, and even a fresh herb garden for guest's usage.
FREE beach service from March 1st to October 31st (does not apply to monthly rentals)!
Professionally managed by Nautilus Condominiums (on-site).
It is also incredibly convenient to have a Tom Thumb mini grocery just next door for any needed food, drinks, toiletries, etc.
The condo office is happy to supply our guests with pool toys, movies and books!
We love to take daily morning walks on the beach and look for seashells.
The sunsets are absolutely phenomenal and cannot be beat! Be sure not to miss a single one!
