ANGLER'S COZY COTTAGE is a seasonal 2-BR clean housekeeping fishing cabin on the water (25' from water) in Hillcrest Resort in Manitowish Waters, WI. In operation from May - Oct. This cabin has been fully rented for the last 3 years and rented fully during the season for more than 10 years consecutively. RATES DID NOT INCREASE FOR 2013.

ALL RENTALS ARE SECURE, GUARANTEED AND WILL BE HONORED IN 2013 and written into any sales contract that may be written. All sales appointments will be on Saturday while the cabin is being cleaned, NOT during your stay.

Angler's Cozy Cottage is perched on the crest of the hill on the Manitowish River, with a postcard view of the opening of Stone Lake to the south & Rest Lake to the north. Since it is a NO-WAKE ZONE, all boats are required to drive through slowly, making fishing from the recently installed pier very handy. The stairway and pier were installed directly in front of this cabin recently & a 6 ft. bench was placed at the end as well as a new section of pier last year, with a light at the dock & on the stairway with a 2-way light switch at the dock and on the cabin door.

Everything you would need to set up housekeeping has been stocked in this kitchen, including wine glasses and popcorn popper. The bedroom has a full bed & twin beds in the 2nd BR, with a queen sofa futon sleeper in the living room.
