  The pictures don't do this condo justice. The unit was large, clean and beautifully furnished. My husband and I loved sipping mai tai's on the balcony while watching the sunset. Greg was quick to answer any questions I had leading up to our arrival and Robert took over while we were there. Overall a great experience and we'd definitely go back and stay at Greg's again.

  This property is everything you need for a great vacation. It really is amazing! The spectacular ocean view is only a portion of the beauty. Sun, sand, golf, or just relax within a beautifull well manicured, walkable neighborhood.

  We enjoyed a wonderful get away over the holidays. Greg's condo could not have been more delightful, it was well equipped and the location was outstanding. Close enough to the ocean to enjoy yet far enough to be away from any noise or distractions.Easy walk to the lagoons and other hotels w/ dining options, yet upstairs on the lanai was ever so tranquil and peaceful. IF you can think of anything you might need in a condo to make it feel like home, you will find it here! Oh, now that I am writing, I am wondering when our next visit wil be :-) PS, this DRY side of the island has MANY advantages, especially when it is raining elsewhere, you can bet on the SUN here!!

  My wife and i returned to this beautiful spot on Oahu after living in the area (over 10 years ago) this time with kids in tow! We remembered this spot as perfect, but it's gotten even better since we lived there. All the amenitites of the Ko Olina resort are within walking distance. The unit is exquisite condition. Every possible convenience and item was there for use. Great decorum and furnishings. Struck us as being brand-new. We couldn't believe it when we went out onto the second floor lanai and realized an unobstructed view right to the Pacific and the famous Oahu sunsets! If you want to get out and see the rest of the island, you obviously can set out in a rental car to see the sights - we did that on a few days just to catch up with some of our favorite spots. This location however, is perfect for just getting away from it all in the most beautiful spot you could hope for. We walked every AM to the lKo Olina lagoons and swam and watched the kids snorkel in the sheltered spot for hours. Afterward, we were pleased to see there are now several shops, restaurants and places to grab a bite within easy walk/bike distance right there within the resort area. Our favorite days were when we never got in the car. Back at the unit itself, the community pool/hotub and grill setup was perfect for ending the days just steps from the unit. We have marked Kai Lani down as our "go-to" spot for whenever we are able to make it back out to Oahu. There's just no where else we've seen that we'd want to spend those precious days on the island. Greg was super accomodating and flexible with our travel plans, which were somewhat in flux. Overall our best trip of the summer!

  We stayed at the Kai Lani 20c for three weeks and it was really an ideal vacation for our family. When not out and about we spent most of our time either at the pool or down at the Paradise Cove lagoon, which was never crowded, and sometimes the turtles were on the beach. This is also a great spot for snorkeling and is not a far drive from any other location on the Island. The condo itself was furnished with everything we needed and it was just a quick drive into Kapolei to get food or go to a movie or enjoy the waterpark. Greg went out of his way to make sure that the entire trip and rental was a smooth, enjoyable process and even reduced our overall fee by a day when we missed our original flights and had to arrive late. I could go on and on about this condo and its owners, but I will summarize by saying, great place, great value and really wonderful people who own it.
