Welcome to valencia on the gulf in venice, florida. I currently own unit 701 in the south building. It has a partial ocean view. The condo is in perfect shape and is fully furnished. I bought the property in 2004 because i have family in sarasota. It has never been rented since the date of purchase. Unfortunately, my job keeps me busy and i don't get much use out of the property. I'm a very easy going landlord but i expect any tenant to respect the property.
The community, valencia on the gulf, is absolutely perfect for senior living. There are weekly shuffle board tournaments and multiple gatherings.
There are strict rules with the building that don't allow any leases under 3 months. I will be glad to entertain all lease terms that are longer
than 3 months.
This is a great condo and i hope that anyone interested will contact me with any questions.
