Harding's Reach

Harding's Reach is a newly renovated waterfront family cottage. Surrounded by mature trees and greenery this property is close enough to the North Shore attractions while also offering peace and quiet when required. The property boasts over 350' of frontage on the pristine Stanley River which is accessed from your private dock just steps from the cottage. There is ample space in the yard to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and warm southern exposure.

For the little ones we have a bunk room, a cedar play house, massive sand area (for days when the beach is not doable) and plenty of onsite toys and games to keep them busy. There is a white cedar, non-treated deck surrounding the entire cottage. Very private and very safe for families.

Harding's Reach is an awesome PEI cottge rental. This completely renovated waterfront family cottage is nestled in a mature grove of trees - offering you ultimate privacy and a sheltered sunny oasis on the water. The grounds surrounding the cottage include 360' of waterfront and are dotted with trees, shrubs and plenty of great grass for playing or lounging. And while we're on the topic of play, we should also mention the large sand area directly off the back deck for the children to enjoy. The large white cedar deck completely surrounds the cottage and offers a wonderful outdoor living space to lounge, sunbathe, boat watch and/or BBQ. There have also been many little feet that have had a blast racing the 'deck circuit'.

The professionally decorated interior consists of a living room, spacious sunroom, well appointed galley kitchen, large full bathroom with laundry, a sunny and organized entryway and two bedrooms. The living, dining and sunroom areas overlook the river through a 46' expansive width of windows. There's really nothing more to say about the panoramic view. The two bedrooms sleep five comfortably (queen bed in master and a single over double bunk bed in second bedroom) with a comfy queen sofa bed in the living room that will accommodate two more. Your children (or children at heart) will love the modern nautical theme of the second bedroom, while the master bedroom provides a relaxing beachy atmosphere.

Take the stairs to our private dock to enjoy your morning coffee on the water. By noon our guests are usually doing cannon balls from the dock, reading a great book or just taking in the aquatic fun! The dock is a private, secluded and sunny spot waiting to enhance your PEI vacation.

Amenities include a flat screen TV, satellite, DVD player, high speed wireless internet, stereo, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, deck chairs, deck dining, propane BBQ, patio heater and a well stocked kitchen.
