The condo couldn't be better. The views were amazing, the place was quiet and relaxing. We could have sat on the porch and watched the ocean all day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cant wait to go back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay at Casa de Topo Chico was absolutely amazing. The owner, Michael was so forthcoming with all the information we needed to make our stay very relaxing. From the time we got to the condo until we left, I think we spent the majority of our time on the beautiful balcony taking in the sights of Old Town. Relaxing in the Hot Tub after a day at the beach looking out at the beautiful view was just amazing. We have talked about that since arriving back home. Staying in this condo was like staying in our home. Every detail was taken care of from the comfortable beds, luxury linens to the finely stock kitchen with everything you may or may not need. This condo is especially nice because you are able to open all the doors to the baclony and open the bar in the kitchen which gives you the feeling of being outdoors the entire time. We come to Puerto Vallarta every year, we will be sure to stay at Casa de Topo Chico the next time.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I spent two months in this exquisite home last winter. The pictures say it all. It is new,fresh and very well appointed. The beds are new and very comfortable;The owner has really thought of everything to make a holiday experience be magical.The pool is beautiful and the view is endless.The cable package and TV and sound system were excellent.The Kitchen is a chefs dream, with the view being right there as you cook.The master bedroom/ bath is worthy of architectural digest.The owner is extremely gracious and very helpful The condo is located in the hill so there are a few different ways to walk down to old town and the beach A pleasant walk with good stairs.Sometimes at the end of a the beach day,I would take a taxi back up the hill, It takes less than 3 minutes to go from beach to front door. And the taxi ride is very inexpensive. Of course the club music from Old town on weekends is everywhere, but the unit can be closed up tightly so with air conditioning the sound proofing is good. I use VRBO quite a bit and can safely say if you are looking for a high end peaceful vacation rental,this unit is great. Just look at the pictures. It is top notch!Did you find this review helpful?
