Walking distance to all of the charms and amenities of Beach Haven yet tucked away on a quiet bayside street, this home was completely renovated in 2010. The kitchen features cherry cabinetry with honed granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms all feature travertine floors and countertops, and the rest of the flooring is warmed by Brazilian Cherry. The master bedroom has a king bed, two guest rooms feature queens, and one bedroom sports two twin beds. The home is stylishly furnished, with a large deck furnished with lounge chairs and dining area. There are two flat screen televisions with enhanced cable as well as wi-fi and small work station.
Sunsets can be seen from the expansive deck, and the beach is a five minute walk away. Beach badges are included with each rental. Dozens of shops, galleries, restaurants, and bars are a short stroll from the home, and if you forget anything from home, a general store is on the corner!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very warm and welcoming, beautifully remodeled and clean! Plenty of room, loved the convenience of the family room, kitchen and the large deck. I've enjoyed plenty of sunsets at LBI this home offers on of the best. Convenient location , walking distance to most anything; stores, restaurants,and Fantasy Island. Beds were comfy, bathrooms nicely tiled, (master bath and 1/2 bath would benefit with towel bars) Being a fairly new rental there a few suggestions for the owner and or future renters: a clothes line would be nice and cost effective for the owner, (less use of dryer) blinds for sliding doors to keep late afternoon sun out, beautiful but really heats up the family room but the AC works great! The kitchen is pretty well stocked, a dish rack and mat would be nice and a few lg.serving bowls, we enjoy cooking in .....The beach badges were much appreciated. All and all it was an awesome experience and we would def. go back and highly recommend this rentalRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I currently sell real estate in northern/central NJ but grew up on the island where I was a teacher in Beach Haven. I know all of the best places to eat, shop, and enjoy cocktails!
Why the Owner Chose North Beach Haven:
My husband bought this home as a bachelor to escape the grind of working in Manhattan, and he spent several summers with friends there. We were married in 2005, and we gradually updated the home to its current condition, spending mostly every weekend there until this year. This is the first year we are renting the home as we purchased another home on the island near my family.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The sunsets are spectacular from the deck! Beach Haven puts on a great firework show every July 4th, and this is the best place on the entire island to watch!
