Heaven’s Hales is one of the Big Island’s nicest luxury vacation rental packages. These two houses (less than a mile apart) in a prestigious neighborhood boast privacy, the ideal elevation, and spectacular views and sunsets. The combined property is perfect for large groups, big family reunions, small weddings and other events.
One house is 4,700SF , with a living room, a gourmet kitchen, a dining room, a huge family room, 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, and 5 baths. It can accommodate up to 16 guests (even more if needed) in comfort and style. The other is 3,500SF with a living room, kitchen, dining room, large family/media/bedroom, 4 other bedrooms (1 detached) and 4 baths. It can accomodate up to 14 guests comfortably.
Both houses are completly furnished with all the extras and amenities needed for truly comfortable living. All the sleeping areas have TV’s/DVD’s and the family/media rooms feature a really big flat-screen TV/DVD. One house also has a 700 classic DVD collection. Both houses feature surround-sound music systems and have cable, internet and wi-fi throughout.
Lush landscaping and large yards compliment both houses with the accent on privacy. One has a large pool with swim up palapa wet bar and an attached sandy bottom wading pool. An adjacent spa can easily accomodate up to 8. The other also has a generous outside spa, and comes with a beach pass to an exclusive private resort beach up the coast.
The Hales are close to everything in West Hawaii, including the airport, downtown Kailua Kona, shopping (Costco is 3 minutes away), several beaches, and all the Big Island activities you can imagine.

Booking costs are refundable except for a $300 cancellation fee 61 or more days before arrival. 50% of booking costs are refundable 60 to 31 days before arrival. Only cleaning and deposit are refundable 30 days or less before arrival.
20% of rent including tax, plus cleaning and deposit due at booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Additional Fees and Taxes:
13.42 percent tax, $1000 cleaning fee, $1000 refundable damage deposit
