Enjoy your stay at this well located 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo where friendly people live and most afternoons relax & mingle and have a drink at the Tiki Hut by the pool where there is an electric grill. A block away is the Esplanade with 3+ great restaurants and functions going on daily. Enjoy your morning coffee at the Starbucks and after dinner ice cream at the Cold Stone Creamery. Across the street from there is the Winn Dixie, McDonalds and other restaurants and shopping. Another block away is the Publix and much more. Show your lease and purchase a beach pass at Residents Beach where Marco residents belong-there is a great snack shop and a beach which I believe is as beautiful as anywhere in the US. Great sunsets at the beach. This is less than 2 miles from your condo. The bedrooms are both on the 2nd floor and each has a full bath. If you have a guest, the sofa opens into a queen size bed.
