The vacation villa has just been completely remodeled, decorated and is newly furnished and newly equipped, Including a 55 In. 3D TV in the living room, high speed internet, WI-Fi access and free long distance calls to USA and Canada.
Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real succes. We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied, our objective is to provide you with a home away from home accommodation.
The Dream Vacation Villa, part of the Ashley Manor Community, is built in front of a lake, at the end of a crescent street and adjacent to a conservation area.
As a result you will get stunning views of the lake, and while relaxing in the pool, you will be surrounded with abundant tropical nature and still you are 5 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants and less than 15 minutes to Disney’s main entrance.
Villa layout details: Kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area. There is enough space for everybody to dine together.
There are 5 bedrooms: Africa Master bedroom with a king size bed is downstairs with an ensuite bathroom, Upstairs; Jungle and Galaxy bedrooms have queen size beds. Both children's Once upon a Time and Pirates/Princess bedrooms have twins size beds. 2 full bathrooms with his and hers washbasin upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs.
Our garage has been converted into a gameroom. You will enjoy a 7 foot pool table, air hockey game and foostable, all in a nice Cars theme decor.
Our objective is that the adventure theme will enhance everybody’s experience, and we hope that the Dream and Adventure Villa be a part of your most memorable vacations.

First let me say that Lucie and Alain are the nicest couple to work with! Their home is immaculate!!!! Who ever cleans the home for them does an excellent job. Not a spec of dust. The game room and pool where great hits for our family and the kids absolutely loved the themed bedrooms. The 3d television and movies where a great hit as well and one of our down-time nights. What a beautiful home to relax in on our vacation to Florida! Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated - great attention to details! It was more than large enough for our family of 5 - the kids loved that they each got to stay in their own bedroom and what a bonus that they each had their own TV! The kitchen was wonderful and well-equiped and the local grocery store was just minutes away and had a huge selection with very reasonable prices. Quiet Neighborhood and great heated pool made it so nice to come back "home" after long days at the Disney parks. Lucie was wonderful to work with and the local manager was very prompt to contact us when we had a little issue with the alarm system (loved that the house had the alarm system...we just needed to learn how to use it :-) We hope to be able to stay here again the next time we're in Florida. Thank you Lucie & Alain for providing this vacation rental that aided in making this a vacation we'll always remember fondly.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This home worked very well for our family's vacation accomodations. We had 9 people - (my family - 2 adults, 3 kids; my sister's family - 2 adults, 1 kid; and grandma). The house layout worked wonderfully for our stay. The amenties of the home were fabulous - 3-D tv in family room with xbox and blu ray. Xbox games and DVD's provided. Smaller tv's in almost every bedroom, wireless internet, and game room (air hockey was my sons favorite). The kids found a monopoly game provided in the home and played well into the night, hadn't seen them play a "board game" together in ages! The pool was heated and the kids loved it after a long day at the park, nice table and chairs by the pool as the adults played cards while the kids swam. We used the grill to grill hamburgers one night; there is a grocery store near by. We went to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Magic Kingdom - the home is in close proximity - all three parks very easy to drive to. The home was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our trip. I did call the manager for extra garbage bags and they were delivered right away. The homeowners were very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Everything was great and more than we expected. We surprised our 4 daughters with a trip to the Disney parks and the house just made the surprise so much better. Being able to cook our thanksgiving dinner there made our trip even more memorable. :) My parents drove down to spend Thanksgiving with us and the home was more than comfortable with 9 people in it. We loved it so much we just may start a yearly tradition of vacationing there and have already passed along the information to people who were looking to rent a vacation home down there. We loved that there was a selection of kid DVDs upstairs. They would pop a movie in after a long day and fall right to sleep! :). The pirate accessories were fun, too! :) I would recommend this home to anyone of any age looking for a place to vacation. The owners reply promptly to any questions/emails we had during the reservation process and while on vacation.Owner response: Thank you very much Maria for taking the time to write this review, it is much appreciated and will certainly be helpful to future guests. The house is wonderful, we love the decorations. Everyone was blown away by the beauty of this home, we love the Disney theme. Corinne. Thank you so much Lucie and Alain! We are visting Florida for 10 years now sometimes even several times a year, together with our 4 teenagers. This was by far the best experience we ever made and we have rented many different homes before! We agree with every prior review and I would like to add a little extra Booking experience: Amazing from the beginning! Such nice and curteous owners! The complete transaction was very easy from the beginning! We also got a call during our stay to see if all was fine. Thank you so much again! Neighborhood and location: Very easy to find when you arrive from the airport and the location is safe and quiet. We stayed for two weeks and we never even heard a neighboor although they where home! Peaceful! We loved the wildlife! Would you enjoy observing a racoon playing around outside the pool ? Well this is the place to rent! That was so lovely!! Besides we could see turtles and beautiful birds just beside the home. Simply amazing! The home itself: Very clean, very well maintained and spacious, easily accomodates a big family or larger group! Everything was perfect and you can tell Lucie and Alain have really put alot of value and effort into their home and our satisfaction! The decoration is just out of this world. The complete layout of the home is beautiful! The beds are like clouds and we slept like babies from day one ! Are you tired of those homes that have barely enough towels, tableware, silverware? Well dont worry there is more than enough of everything there and all is like new! The furniture and themes are simply stunning! All the equipment works perfectly and is probably new? We especially loved theat covered area by the pool where you can have breakfast in a bit of shadow or sit at night and relax and of course the pool! Our experience was the best from first contact until departure and we just regret that the two weeks went over so quickly. We felt home from the beginning and it really exceeded all our expectations! You are also close to everything as I-4 is just around the corner it takes you only a couple of minutes wherever you go! It took us only good 10 minutes to Disney or Kissimmee, one hour to Tampa..perfect! You can not go wrong with this home and those owners! We can only recommend it to anyone and would return in a minute ;-) Thank you Lucie and Alain for making such a difference !
