My wife and I decided on a nice relaxing get away with a little fishing for our honeymoon. We found the perfect place.A beautiful view of the bay, quiet peaceful sunsets on the porch and awesome fishing. We actually caught three big cobia and hooked a large tarpon. The furniture and amenities are top of the line. Granite counter tops, 16 inch floor tiles, leather couches and comfy beds. I highly recommend this cozy getaway to anyone. My wife and I have already booked a return trip

This beautiful waterfront home is probably one of the most peaceful and relaxing places I've ever stayed. The views are exceptional even from inside the house. The island can be explored by bike and the waters by boat/kayak/canoe. The house is new and spic and span clean. Waking up and enjoying the beauty of nature come alive on the front porch is the best. Bring a boat and you can venture out for the day but have your camera ready - there are dolphins playing and feeding everywhere! Fishing is fantastic and the sunsets are amazing. If you're looking for a serene get away, this is it. One of my favorite places to be.

The perfect get-away!
The perfect get-away!
So delighted with our stay at this lovely home! We were travelling to Florida to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter that attends FSU & wanted a home to be in, not a hotel room. This far surpassed any of our expectations! Everything in the home is new, clean & tastefully decorated. The views of the canal are outstanding! Waking up in the morning & sitting on swing on the deck was heaven! We walked around the area, took great pictures on the gulf, saw lots of birds & met the nicest people that live there! It feels homey & quaint! No wifi scared us but it wound up being a great thing that we were a little disconnected & our kids actually spent time with us & not on their laptops! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal, there were plenty of towels, pillows & blankets for all of us. Thank you for providing such a lovely rental for out of towners! I would be happy to spend time here again in the future!

Wonderful Long Weekend Interlude
Wonderful Long Weekend Interlude
We loved our stay on Live Oak Island. A beautiful setting on a grassy bay. We enjoyed watching a dolphin family teach their baby to fish on flats! This home is new and immaculate with a kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and utensils and new appliances. The use of kayaks and bikes allowed us to enjoy the beautiful natural environs. Close to St Marks. Not too many options for food, so plan to cook!
